The location is good
Well I went to bed and I woke up in the middle of the night and had ants biting me. There were ants all over my body and the bed. So I went downstairs and there wasn’t anyone at the reception. So I waited an hour just to change rooms. Then in the morning I went to the toilet and the seat was broken. I also fell on the floor. I once again went to the reception and they said they’d fix it. They never did and said they couldn’t move me to another room because they were full. I’ll sleep on the beach before I’d stay at this place again! Oh and that nice little pool on the roof…drained and hasn’t been used in over a year!

- liên lạc mãi mới đc với hotline trên Booking để thì bảo: tôi tận HN k xử lý đc ngay
Không k đủ điều kiện của KS 2 sao, k vó nước, k có lễ tân hỗ trợ, dịch vụ kém, như nhà hoang
Good location.
The hotel had terrible Wi-Fi. I was moved to different rooms four times. In three of them, the signal was so weak that I couldn’t even connect to the network. In the fourth room, there was a signal, but the speed was so slow that it was impossible to have a work meeting.
Staff, they were amazing from front desk to house cleaning. Especially Noland at the front desk.
WiFi wasn't very good.
Staff were great. Especially Noland at the front desk was very helpful, really appreciate all his help during my stay. The room service staff were also very help. Thank you all for making my stay comfortable.
WiFi was slow and dropped off often. They need a better system. Much better.
