Always excellent! Mandarin Island Hotel is our second home and it never disappointed me since we first came in 2020. We always stay in the same room every year up to this date, imagine, hehe. The staff are incredible, always smiling, greeting, caring and really service oriented. They always make you feel important and cared for. The beach chairs serves its purpose, so relaxing. Food is always good with live music. Highly recommended

Best experience in Boracay. This is my 5th time here in boracay but the best stay so far- accommodated by Mandarin Island Hotel, with the nicest staffs ever- who are not just transactional but accommodation without compare.

From the welcome to our departure, we have been served with smiles. Checkin in & out of the hotel was a breeze.
Located at beachfront so the waters are easily accessible, with the best views. The hotel restaurant served good breakfast as well. Location is excellent since it’s near D Mall and other shops so we had no trouble going around.
We have unanimously enjoyed our stay and we’re already looking forward to go back. ❤️
From the moment we arrived at The Mandarin Island Hotel until the day we checked out, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The entire team welcomed us with genuine warmth and provided outstanding service throughout our stay.
Even before our arrival, during the reservation process, we had a few concerns and special requests due to traveling with our 9-month-old baby. Miss Andrea from the reservations team was very prompt in responding to our inquiries and extremely helpful, which gave us immediate confidence and peace of mind even before our trip began.
We hadn’t had a proper family getaway in a very long time, and the Mandarin Island team truly made our Boracay vacation memorable and special. I booked four rooms for our family of 11, and my family has not stopped praising the choice of resort—it exceeded all our expectations.
We had several special requests, as my parents follow a very strict dietary plan, and every single request was accommodated without hesitation. Traveling with a young baby can be challenging, but the level of care shown to us was beyond our expectations. Baby food was provided with our meals, so we didnt need to worry about our baby's meal at all.
Whenever we contacted the front desk, they were always prompt in sending a team member to our room for assistance. The responsiveness and efficiency of the team truly stood out. Sir Israel consistently came forward to personally check if everything was going great during our stay, and Sir Marlon, whenever he got the chance, made sure all our needs were catered to with genuine care and professionalism.
What stood out the most was how the staff treated us. We were not treated like guests—we were treated like family. Thank you to the entire Mandarin Island team for creating such a wonderful, stress-free, and unforgettable stay. We will forever cherish this experience, will definitely be back, and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Boracay.
Great location by the beach, incredible service, room was nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was great and they switched up the food each day. Personell really made an effort to make my stay as pleasurable as possible.

We had a very memorable stay. From check-in to check-out, the service was excellent, with staff who were courteous, attentive, and always smiling, making us feel truly welcome and at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The hotel has a warm and inviting ambiance, reasonable pricing, and a convenient location, which made the overall experience even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Customer service is superb. Israel and his team went above and beyond to ensure our stay is as wonderful as we had hoped it to be. The beachfront location is excellent. We could watch the sunset from our balcony. The hotel is a stones throw away from the beach so best to watch the sunset from the beach chairs. The hotel has a more traditional ambience and smaller than others, but this makes it perfect for families. We stayed in a suite, a few things in the room need updating but these are minimal issues. Location also makes it ideal for all activities in the island. 4.5 out of 4 stars
