Pros:

La location è bellissima, molto comoda, tranquilla, silenziosa e panoramica. Il ristorante è di buona qualità, piscina e giardino curato offrono momenti di ottimo relax. Torneremo sicuramente.

Cons:

Manca un po' di manutenzione per rendere ottima la struttura, soprattutto per i bagni. Sembra che lo staff sia un po' sottodimensionato.

Mi è piaciuto il relax e la tranquillità della struttura,il bellissimo panorama e le piscine col prato verde attorno. La gentilezza dei dipendenti

La cena...potevamo scegliere solo un antipasto e un secondo oppure un antipasto e un primo. Abbiamo dovuto pagare a parte tutto il resto, bevande e caffè! La camera non era quella con vista giardino che al telefono mi avevano detto assegnassero a chi aveva il cane.

Cons:

Esperienza deludente. Da un hotel 4 stelle, mi aspettavo un certo servizio.
Colazione scarsa con poca scelta, mancanza di prodotti senza lattosio.
Una piscina su due sporca. Ambiente molto bello ma da valorizzare.
Per quanto riguarda la camera, doccia senza piano per poggiare i prodotti, odore sgradevole dallo scarico e oltretutto è uscita acqua sporca. Asciugamani non cambiati il giorno successivo e non esiste un orario fisso di pulizia delle camere.

Hôtel avec un bon potentiel mais mérite une sérieuse rénovation
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel à 4 adultes, avec 2 chambres réservées.

Les points positifs :
• Très bon accueil, le réceptionniste a été chaleureux et nous a donné de bons conseils pour découvrir l’île.
• L’emplacement est idéal, avec une belle vue sur la mer.
• L’espace piscine est agréable et bien entretenu.

Cons:

Les points négatifs :
• Le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas au rendez-vous : pour 180€ la nuit, les prestations ne sont clairement pas celles d’un 4 étoiles.
• Les chambres sont vieillottes et mal entretenues.
• La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui a rendu la nuit très difficile à cause de la chaleur.
• Literie très inconfortable, loin des standards hôteliers.
• Salle de bain en mauvais état : douche sale, pommeau rouillé et défectueux, eau qui passait sans cesse du chaud au froid.

En résumé, l’accueil et l’emplacement sauvent l’expérience, mais l’état des chambres et le manque de confort rendent le séjour décevant. Un gros effort de rénovation et d’entretien est indispensable pour justifier les tarifs pratiqués et les 4 étoiles affichées.
