They are really cost saving.
This trip they tried to charge 50thb 2.50 aud for missing teaspoon

Easy walking distance to many prime spots in Pattaya. AC worked great as it was the end of the hot season. Great spot to relax and rejuvenate before venturing out again.

I’ve been staying at August Suites for several year. It is a diamond in the rough. The staff is especially friendly and helpful. I have had very few complaints and when I have had one, it was addressed immediately.
Had a great stay again , really enjoyed my trip .
Second time stayed in this hotel and again very good overall stay. The hotel is very clean with comfortable room. The man's Sanua was not functioning when I arrived with was offered the female Sanua, which I thought was good. Also by the time I left the male Sanua was also fixed. There was a minor issue that I had booked extra day 3 months before and they would allow this day to be cancelled
