• Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

Viscount on the Beach will be upgrading the landscaping and perimeter retaining walls, with works commencing Friday, 22 August 2025 and is to be completed by Tuesday, 28 of November 2025. During this time, all facilities will remain open, with the following temporary changes:
Pool access will be via the North Lawn (basement access closed)
Beach access will be available from the front exit (not through the pool area)
Temporary Fencing will be around the perimeter – please note that views from all apartments are not obstructed.

The outside area was great and the access to the beach
Fair walk to restaurants, and the internet wasn’t working for the first couple of days, but they did get it fixed.
The location was excellent. Right on the beach and easy walk to shops and restaurants.
The unit was rather cheap feeling in materials. The bathrooms were dark and had no natural light or air. The bedrooms had no curtains to block out light or heat. Only fans in bedrooms despite listing A/C. There was one wall ac unit in living room only, didn't help cool the bedrooms where you sleep.
The staff was lovely, the location second to none,
Everything we could want or need was supplied and clean.
There was construction going on which was a little inconvenient but not terrible.

We stayed for 4 nights 6 people. There were only 1 toilet paper roll for 6 people for 4 nights.
Only 1 tablet of dishwasher
Tea, Coffee, sugar very less.

Oh and the rooftop is incredible as well as the endless dolphins and whales swimming in the beach beside this apartment

The location is exactly as described, beach front with great view, easy access to beach. Layout of the three bedroom apartment was great, with a super comfy leather lounge suite and great air con in each room. The walk in robe was well appointed.
On the afternoon before arrival I received an urgent email from staff that I had not completed my booking. I was told I needed to send staff a copy of my identification via email before check in instructions could be provided. After a long day of travel I advised my arrival time for checkin and confirmed I would provide id at reception during open hours. I was told this was ok. When I arrived with my three children at 4:30pm, the doors were locked, the sign stated reception was open until 5pm. I had to ask a teenage resident for assistance to contact reception which took 30 minutes before a response was received. It was 36°C, we had groceries in the car, and was a very stressful process. The lady was rude and eventually begrudgingly gave me a code to get the key from the lock box and said I must return in the morning with my id. I have never experienced this before in all my travels.
I returned to reception at 9:15am to provide id, however it was closed. When I returned a short time later she was rude and blammed me and booking.com for the process.
The apartment on the most part was good, however there were ants in the kitchen that were getting into our food and in the rubbish bin. Only two coffee pods, dishwasher tab, one rubbish bag and two spare thin toilet rolls (not great quality) were provided. For a 5night stay I was disappointed. These small low cost items make a huge impact on impression and convenience which is an easy fix for the host. One of the frying pans was buckled so badly and coating damaged it could not be used. The coffee machine had not been cleaned and still had used pods inside it. The ensuite bathroom was very dated and in need of a deep clean. There was visible black mould in the shower, extractor unit in wall was dirty, dusty and black and the odor of mould was strong. On one occassion there were two baby roaches climbing the shower head. The main bed had one single lightweight waffle blanket that was stained on at least five areas.
So close to the beach. Secure parking, close walking distance to Broadbeach.
Only Downside was bedding being joint single beds

Location great, our unit had everything we needed pool spa very nice.
Just 1 thing our rooms were not serviced.
Location is wonderful right next to the beach, it is a little walk to food and shops but lovely neighbourhood. Staff are great and provided really good service and communication. The sauna and roof top spa are fantastic and the pool is great too. Highly recommend for families.
There are no curtains on the windows. There is a sheer which doesn’t block the sun. they do provide an alternative which is stick your own if you want them, however permanent curtains would be great!
Excellent location, facilities were great! And right on the sand. The apartment was massive with plenty of space for a family of 5. Doesn't get much better!

Excellent location (beach proximity, short walk to Kurrawa surf club/centre of Broadbeach/supermarket etc), pool, rooftop spa and BBQs, view from the apartment, apartment size, nice bathrooms, great storage/walk in robe, excellent laundry facilities, provision of toiletries, trollies to move luggage. An issue with the WiFi was fixed as soon as we flagged it.
Overall our family of five had a wonderful time.
No baking trays/oven gloves etc, cupboards weren't as clean as they could have been, extremely tight parking space/garage, beds weren't particularly comfortable and only a double in the main bedroom (but plenty of room for a queen). Ongoing works on the perimeter of the property (which according to our booking notes should have been completed on November 28th). Construction noise from next door (which we did know about but it really is very loud from first thing every morning, and often disrupts traffic into/out of apartment block). 18 hour power outage (only affecting the apartment block, not a grid issue) although this was compensated the next day. It would be great to have a couple of board games/similar in the apartment.
