THE STAFF CALLED EMAD MADE OUR STAY PERFECTLY
Pros:

The reception team, both the lady and the gentlemen, were very welcoming and friendly, including over the phone. They were responsive even at night and kindly provided water whenever needed.

At checkout, we requested a one-hour late checkout due to my father’s situation, and they graciously accommodated us.

Everything we needed was provided without any issues.

Pros:

Everything, especially the restaurant in-room dining; relatively cheap and of great quality.

The staff also did exceptionally well, the lady was equal to the task; she understands and speaks english in great perspective which was so helpful.

Cons:

The area even though above average, has relatively less shops for basic needs.

Excellent!
Pros:

Beautiful Hotel, Aircon in the rooms, rooms are 5 star. Shuttle drops you by the Ali bus station which is by the Babusalaam gate, so you enter from Safa Marwa, unless you late for Salaah you will have to walk to the King Fahd gate. Very cheap and affordable Masha Allah. Shuttles are 24/7 Alhamdulillah.

Not satisfied as i was usually when I stay in this hotel
Pros:

It is location is good specially with the 24 hours busses to Haram

Cons:

The cleaning of the washroom in the room was totally not acceptable, the small flying insects was all around in the washroom
