Overall, my stay at the hotel was good and I appreciated the service and the general atmosphere during my visit. The staff were helpful and the facilities were maintained well, which made the stay pleasant.
However, one very important point that I would strongly recommend the hotel to address is the condition of the bed mattresses. They seem quite worn out and are no longer comfortable, which unfortunately affected the quality of sleep. For a hotel stay, a comfortable bed is one of the most important aspects of the guest experience.
I hope the management considers replacing the mattresses in the rooms, as this would significantly improve the overall comfort for guests. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable.
