Pros:

تعامل المدير المناوب ومسؤول المطعم بعد تقديم شكوى على التعامل السيء للعمال ومحاولة تدارك الملاحظات السلبية التي قدمتها لهم

Cons:

مستوى الفندق في تراجع مقارنة بالسابق خصوصا النظافة وذلك بسبب سوء تعامل بعض عمال التنظيف.
ارضية الغرف غير نظيفة بشكل جيد.
الاغطية والفراش فيها ريحة مزعجة حتى بعد ان قاموا بتبديلها.
الفطور غير جيد والاطباق غير متنوعة وتحتاج الى تجديد.
بعض موظفي الفندق يقومون بأخذ الطعام من نفس المكان المقدم لنزلاء الفندق دون مراعاة امور النظافة

الموقع جيد الاستقبال جيد

خدمة الغرف سيئة جدا .. تطلب تنظيف الغرفة ولا احد يعبرك
كذلك لا يوجد صيانه لدورات المياه
حجزت 3 غرف لمدة يومين
احد الغرف دورة المياه فيها تهريب
والثانية مقفل التصريف
انصح المشرف على الفندق التنبه لهذا الامر

اقامة هادئة غير متعبة
Pros:

سهولة تسجيل الدخول دون انتظار
فقط طلب رقم الحجز واعطاني الغرفة
المكان مقابل مواقف باصات وكذلك الاجرة سهل الحصول عليها
الباصات مجانية وحتى لو بتاخذ اجرة ماتكلف 30-40 ريال لقربه للحرم
انا الصراحة مااستخدمت الباص لوجود كبار سن معي اخذت اجرة وانزلني عند الصفوة بجانب الابراج مباشرة
الفندق رائع جداً
تعامل واستقبال راقي واقامة هادئة

الفندق لم يراعي ظروف الحرب ورفض تعديل الحجز لحين تحسن حالة الطيران وهذا شيء يعكس عدم اهتمام الفندق بحياة الناس
