A good hotel and some concerns
Pros:

The hotel has nice parking for small cars.
The rooms are clean and well equipped.
The hotel is surrounded by a commercial area and facilities like a grocery, pharmacy, general stuff to buy.
The hotel is close to Haram with a big concern on the transportation.

Cons:

Big cars will struggle in the parking as it is narrow and limited
Transportation to Haram is really a great hassle, no shuttle service from the hotel, only public transportation and they are extremely crowded and disorganized.
Room service is not quick in providing the services, they delay to 15 minutes till the service is delivered,

فندقنا المفضل منذ زمن

طاقم الاستقبال كرهنا في الفندق اللي بنحبه البنت كانت مصرة ان مفيش غرف متاحة ولازم نصبر للساعة 4 يعني نجلس منتظرين 3 ساعات واحنا جايين من سفر وعرفنا ان اللي جاي يدفع كاش بيدخلوه رحنا زعقنالها ودخلتنا فورا وسبحان الله الغرفة توفرت
