كان متاحا وقت اجازتي

Cons:

الاستقبال لا يجيبون على اتصال الغرف
المطعم تديره جالية 7000 سنة حضارة يفتقد لكل شي حتى مستوى النظافة منخفض.
المواقف ضيقة ومحدودة جدا جدا .

الإقامة كانت جيدة لكن ماكدر النفس هو عدم موافقة الموظف في تجديد الإقامة بالفندق بحجة أن الغرفة محجوزة فما أدري كيف تكون

كنت مستأجر وحدتين لي ولاطفالي والخادمة وطلبت في الحجز تكون جنب بعض ووجدتها في الواقع غير متقاربه وسلموني وحدة وحده فقط ب4 اسرة واليوم الثاني وفروا لي وحدتين جنب بعض وجلست ساعة ونص انتظر العمال لنقل الاغراض ماجاني احد رجعت نقلت عفشي بنفسي من الطابق 13 الى الطابق 8

موقع جميل وخدمة الفندق سيئة

Cons:

Arkadaşlar bu tesise gelirken ödediğiniz paraya dikkat edin 1500 saudi riyalımın üstüne çöktüler resmen. 10 sefer mail atmama rağmen paramı geri ödemediler. 15 günlük para ödedim 10 gün kaldım. Çünkü dsuudiler Mekkeui boşalttılar 18 Nisanda. Otel yetkilileri parayı kartıma geri yatıracaklarını söylediler ama asla yatırmadılar.


Be carefull about paying money they grabb my 1500 SAR. I booked for 15 days and stayed 10 days, than I had to leave Makkah because of the saudia goverment haj polisy. The hotel authority said that thay will pay the money back to my credit cart but they never did so be carefull please about your money.
