Decent, good location, but not what I wanted for our stay

There was no elevator. There were too many stairs. We were on the 3rd floor. My
Mom is disabled so it was difficult to get her up and down the stairs. The windows only open 4 inches for safety which is understandable but only one of our ocean windows had a screen so it was warm in the room without AC. The fan that was provided was filthy and full of dust. We did not use it. The floor on the third floor was sloped inside and soft in spots. When I booked this, it said there was Adirondack chairs for sitting outside. I purposely booked this for my mother so that she could enjoy the outdoors without having to walk the beach. That is only available for the few rooms located on the ground floor. If you want to book this place, I would suggest calling directly and requesting the ground floor with deck. ( not as advertised on booking.com)

Cons:

I almost never write reviews but I had to write one for our stay here. We were very disappointed. We stayed on the second floor and we could hear every single step of the people upstairs, amplified as if they were stomping. We woke up when they woke up, as it was impossible to keep sleeping with the noise. It wasn't an enjoyable experience.
It is a shame as the location and the views are beautiful. We thought it was extremely overpriced, obviously they take advantage in the Summer months. For the price, we were expecting a much better hotel. We won't be staying there again

Pros:

Location is amazing. View and rooms were unbelievable. Staff were on top of things. I would stay there again for sure.

Cons:

4pm check in and 11am check out is a bit harsh. No movement on early check in.

Pros:

Amazing location right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though I arrived late, they went above and beyond to make my check-in easy and ensure I had a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again!

The ocean view and sound

Cons:

Unfortunately the microwave had splattered food in it and the refrigerator had 2 long strands of hair which makes one question about cleanliness of couch and bed. The staff was wonderful. Location was great,

Of course, I’d do it again!!!
Pros:

Continental breakfast should just be skipped. They need better coffee in the room and for lobby, but other than that small detail and the somewhat steep price, the room, location, accommodations, parking, cleanliness, dog allowance, staff were totally awesome!!

It was great place for an overnight stay.
Pros:

The views are amazing. We loved the size of the two bedroom suite. The room was recently updated. We had ample room coffee available to us. Beach access was a few steps away. The one staff member at the desk was attentive when we brought up concerns about the room.

Cons:

When we arrived, the dirty laundry was still in the room in a basket. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning. There was leftover hair in the shower. We really felt the need to examine the sheets closely before climbing into bed.

During the day it’s wonderful if your looking to be close to beach

Close to beach and some really good restaurants at walking distance

Cons:

Upstairs you can hear everything!!!! If you’re looking for rest this isn’t it…you can hear all your upstairs neighbors
