Great place and beautiful location. Would return!
Pros:

Nice two bedroom suite right on the beach. Plenty of room and great view. Very clean, modern and in good shape. Each room had an adjustable heater. The price was very reasonable and front desk staff nice.

Cons:

We could hear every step the people above us took. Also slight smell of dog.

Super nice!
Pros:

This is a super nice place. We stayed in a two room suite that was more like an apartment without the stove. It was super clean, except for the feeling of sand on the floors. But that didn't bother us because it's expected when staying right on the beach. The beds were very comfortable. The front desk lady was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a light grab and go, but was all we needed.

Cons:

You can hear people stomping up and down the stairs, but it was pretty quiet once it got later.

Pros:

Perfect location and the room is very clean.

The hotel is wonderfully located right on the beach. It was quiet, and the staff was extremely helpful. The 2-bedroom third floor apartment had a large picture window looking out to the beach. We felt like we were on the beach even when we were inside. This was the perfect unit for enjoying the beauty of the Oregon Coast.

The kitchen did not include a cooktop.

Surprisingly enjoyed my 3-day stay here

According to a number of negative reviews, I wasn't expecting much from the hotel. But to my pleasant surprise, I really enjoyed my 3 nights stay in West Beach Suites. Let me break it down below
1. All the rooms are facing the Pacific Ocean. You can walk down directly to the beach.
2. A kitchen is provided for you to cook your own meals including refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, plates, cups and utensils
3. The room was bright and extremely clean with daily change of towels and topping up bath and shampoo gel.
4. The location is about 5 mins drive to Lincoln City Outlet Mall. We also took a 30min drive to Drift Creek Falls
5. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly
6. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay

Cons:

The receptionist wasn't that friendly as compared to the other hotels I've stayed in Oregon. However, she is just doing her job and still smile when I thanked her for our wonderful stay. She did explained in detail when we checked in, the do's and don'ts, etc. Just follow her instructions and you will be good to go.
