Pros:

We liked everything it really is a perfect place to stay if you are wanting that beach front experience. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff was so kind and friendly

Cons:

The only thing I would say is they say they off breakfast but it’s really just packaged muffins and pastries in the lobby. I think this place is wonderful without the offering of breakfast though.

The amazing location, ocean view and dog friendly deck made this a great place, but beds were bad.
Pros:

The Captain's Quarters has an amazing double deck overlooking the ocean. We liked that the deck had a gate so our dog could enjoy the deck without being tethered.

Cons:

The kitchen is limited with a very small fridge, no stove and no toaster. We wanted to make salad, but there are no mixing bowls, no cutting board - only plates, glassware, mugs and flatware in the cupboards.
The mattresses on the beds are worn out and too soft. One of the king beds was not comfortable at all, the other was OK and the pull out couch was OK after we put all the firm couch cushions between the springs and the mushy mattress. If you need a supportive mattress - these beds are NOT for you.

Pros:

Great view, excellent price, clean, private deck, 2 bedrooms and several tvs.

Cons:

Ceilings are very thin.. was woken up at 7am with the upstairs neighbors walking around and taking showers.

Pros:

The ocean view! Room was clean and looked updated. Nice to have parking. Comfortable beds. Lots of room.

Cons:

Would suggest a few larger bowls for making salads. There was supposed to be housekeeping, they only came once and did not take out the kitchen garbage and bottles and cans. We had to get our own towel replacements. The "breakfast" was underwhelming. We stayed on the third floor so was a bit exhausted bringing our bags up the stairs

Wonderful stay with an amazing view - especially of the sunset.
Pros:

View was amazing - no complaints. Front desk staff, especially Michelle, was very nice and helpful. The unit was clean, beds comfortable, nice shower and nice proximity to restaurants/shopping. We would stay there again!

Cons:

My only issue, and this is my own fault for not confirming, is that the kitchenette did not have any kind of cooktop. The front desk did tell me that when I called the day before, but it was too late to change the booking. Since we were there for two weeks, it was unfortunate to not be able to prepare more meals.

We had a ground floor unit which was nice to have the patio and chairs. Please note - it can be noisy depending on who is staying above. Some nights/mornings we heard normal footsteps, other times, it was quite loud with furniture moving, little kids running, etc.

Gorgeous hotel! Beautiful view!
Pros:

The property was very clean and the staff were super kind and helpful. The views were beautiful.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there was not an elevator and I’m not seeing where it says that any where as you book. We have a few people in our group that had a hard time navigating the stairs to the 3rd floor multiple times. (Recent foot surgery). I would have happily booked/requested the first floor had I known better.

Love Lincoln city. Will probably not stay here again.
Pros:

The best part about this property is the location. It’s mere steps from the beach which is why I think they can charge so much.

Cons:

The room was dirty when we got there. There was hair in the sleeper couch that pulls out into a bed and the sheets weren’t even changed. You could tell that somebody had slept in it. There was hair in the other beds and you have to pay almost $200 for a pet fee when they don’t even clean the rooms. The shower was dirty hair on the shower walls.

The room was large and the beach access was excellent.
Pros:

It wasn’t what I expected, but it was ok.

Cons:

We stayed for 4 nights, and unfortunately, our room was was not cleaned for a single day.
