Pros:

Location was great, the room was a comfortable size. The staff was friendly. Hotel is pet friendly.

Cons:

Parking can be limited at times. The shower did not drain well, kind of gross, and made for a VERY short shower. Breakfast was very limited as well. Get a waffle maker or something.

Very satisfied with the value of the stay and
Pros:

The rooms are very updated and spacious. I got a floor level room with a deck and the view is spectacular with a staircase leading directly down to the beach

Cons:

The breakfast is a grab and go, the front desk worker is very friendly and helpful, she does well at keeping the coffee hot and lots of muffins and other goodies for a lighter breakfast.

Everything we needed in the room was provided. The bottom floor view has an epic view of the ocean.

Cons:

Wished the breakfast was more than grab and go snack foods. Would love it if they had toasters for bagels and cereal options.

I would definitely stay here again because of the relaxing atmosphere.
Pros:

Love the view of the ocean from the room. Loved being able to have the electric fireplace going while listening to the ocean.

Cons:

Guest were considerate but still walls are a little thin. Would like to have a warm breakfast but the continental breakfast was sufficient.

Patio outside light always ON. I understand light ON for security. I wish I could turn it OFF for better views of ocean while sitting on patio.

I would recommend this hotel, to anyone and everyone.
Pros:

Absolutely everything, it had a beautiful view, close access to the beach, unbelievably gorgeous rooms and not to mention it was absolutely spotless!

Our new favorite place!
Pros:

Fresh facelift to the facilities, including ample parking. A well maintained 50 easy steps to the beach. Nice fenced deck was relaxing with the dogs. The fireplace adds to the warm, comfy atmosphere.

It was very enjoyable and beautiful.
Pros:

The room is modern and stylish. I really enjoyed the linens and that there is a TV in each room. Having a fan was a bonus also in the bedroom. The fire place was so beautiful.
The view is incredible!

Cons:

People above us sounded like a herd of buffalo and were very noisy. I should have reported it, but when you are trying to sleep & can't, I was not in the right state of mind to call.

It hurts being there
Pros:

The place is a safety hazard. The landing at the bottom of the staircase is slippery. I slipped a fell hurting my back, hip, elbow, and head.

The fact that I slipped and while they saw me slip no one came to check on me, or respond to my email

Terrible
Cons:

No parking. The front desk clerk Corey was disrespectful and rude when I called to inform the hotel I had to leave two nights early due to no parking. I've never heard of this ever in my life. Absolutely terrible experience!!! Will leave bad reviews on all sites to inform guests of this non communication of this issue and poor customer service from Corey.

Pros:

The place feels new and bright, lots of good lighting. Kitchenette was adequate with dishes and silverware, and a nice big sink. Kurig coffee maker was nice. Liked that the bedroom is a separate room. The 1st floor location was great with the deck looking right at the ocean. And private staircase to the beach. Take note that there is no elevator and the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms have the view but no balcony.) The unit is compact but comfortable.

Cons:

I gave an 8 out of 10 only because of how much you can hear neighbors through the walls, and especially from above. I was on the 1st floor and when there was a whole family directly above me it was quite loud. Thankfully, they were only there one night. I could hear plumbing noises, tv, and some voices from side neighbors. Not horrible but definitely not sound proof!
