The view room for the cost was an excellent value. We were off-season, so the value may not be as good in summer, I don't know.
The beach access was excellent

Pros:

The place feels new and bright, lots of good lighting. Kitchenette was adequate with dishes and silverware, and a nice big sink. Kurig coffee maker was nice. Liked that the bedroom is a separate room. The 1st floor location was great with the deck looking right at the ocean. And private staircase to the beach. Take note that there is no elevator and the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms have the view but no balcony.) The unit is compact but comfortable.

Cons:

I gave an 8 out of 10 only because of how much you can hear neighbors through the walls, and especially from above. I was on the 1st floor and when there was a whole family directly above me it was quite loud. Thankfully, they were only there one night. I could hear plumbing noises, tv, and some voices from side neighbors. Not horrible but definitely not sound proof!

Pros:

Everything! Friendly office staff, light breakfast items, perfect location, fireplace, small kitchen. Showers were hot and good water pressure. Deck with ocean front.

Cons:

Some overhead noise heard but quieted down at bedtime.

There was a storm and the electricity was off, staff was gone, we were only ones at the property and wanted to leave early in the day but were told no refund. We tried to stay but when electricity went off for second time we left and went home and were offered $20usd ):

We enjoyed the stay and stayed 2 extra days.
Pros:

Room was spacious and has an excellent ocean view. The bed was very comfortable. There was no carpet which I love as the room feels so much cleaner. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast options were very limited. It would be nice if there were breakfast burritos or boiled eggs etc.

I will come back.
Pros:

Right on the beach. Spacious room. Had everything I needed. It was also close to amazing hikes! I loved walking on the beach every morning.

Cons:

If you want to be close to the center of town, this is a few miles south. I didn’t mind though.
