Pros:

The location was off the street from downtown Hollywood. Everything was within walking distance which was very nice. The hotel had a kiosk to check in and check out but they had someone on the kiosk 24/7

Bed had not been changed for us to begin our stay
Was told we would be moved to another room “tomorrow” and for tonight - there’s some towels in the cupboard behind you that you can sleep on.

Room was never moved.

Bathroom had not been cleaned properly, there was makeup in / on the basin.

Towels were thin.

Only coffee - no other facilities (except microwave). We hoped for a toaster.

Ubicación ideal para recorrer Hollywood
Pros:

Ubicación increíble, con excelente conectividad: a pasos de paraderos y metro.

Cons:

El entorno exterior no es el mejor, con presencia de personas consumiendo en los alrededores (situación ajena al hotel). La atención es eficiente, pero al ser a través de un tótem se pierde parte del trato humano.

Cons:

We had no hot water and stuff couldn’t be bothered. They kept telling me to wait for the cleaning lady of the lady is gonna fix the hot water issue at the time. I’m checking out coming to work. They did absolutely nothing to help us, I paid daily fee and could not take a shower or get comfortable. The staff is pointless. No actual person there to help you.

Pros:

The bathrooms were spacious and rooms were clean.

Cons:

They had weird cable, no shows that people actually wanna watch. All religious T.V, infomercials, and Kate 80’s and 90’s tv shows. Also mostly foreign. Also the floors were cement! That was a huge turn off!

Pleasant and u got most of what u need but only got soap, lotion and shampoo and conditioner
Pros:

Comfy bed, got bar fridge, clean shower.

Cons:

No lobby to sit at or rest whilst you’re waiting for the late check in at 3pm so don’t get there too early.
