Beautiful garden & pool!
Pros:

Staff was friendly, the garden and pool are very nice, the bed was very comfortable and there is even a gym you can use. Free water bottles / coffee / tea in the room

It was our second time there, and they held a wedding at noon, so it was kinda noisy, but we're only stayed a night
Pros:

Easy access to Ambarukmo and Jl. Solo, price affordable

Cons:

We stayed at older rooms at Building B, with a dirty and messy balcony. Room light kinda gloomy. The amenities like towels and bedsheets are old like it used for years.

great stay
Pros:

a hotel with a garden concept with a large green area complete with a restaurant with a menu of various kinds of food, Indonesian, oriental and European dishes are available. Also equipped with a swimming pool that can pamper us to soak and be with our beloved family. The hotel that I recommend to all of you when traveling to Jogjakarta.

Not worth the price
Pros:

I went to stayed at this hotel because of a family gathering last Friday. I arrived at the hotel at 7.40 am Saturday morning. At that time, I haven't see my room yet and instead I went to stay at my mom's. When I arrive, I directly went for breakfast. I was really shock when I want to take a porridge, there is a lizard on the table. I directly went to take other foods. Then, my disappointment keep on increasing when I finally entered my room. The room is actually okay, however the bathroom.It smells so bad and their closet is almost broken. The water is also running so slow and the bathroom is also not really clean.
Revisit in the future? I don't think so.

Family hotel
Pros:

I stay there for a salsa dance party... The hotel is quite nice, it's an old building but it has a nice swimming pool. If you want to stay here I suggest to get a suite room with a poolside view. The inconvenience part for me is the wifi, the local SIM card that I use doesn't work properly and the wifi at the hotel doesn't help at all. The location is okay, a bit far from Malioboro but if you need a quiet place to relax, this place is going to be good for you...

not even worth for 1star hotel
Pros:

this is very bad hotel, i reached jogja around 9pm in saturday night. our representative in jgj booked 3rooms in this hotel for us (me n 2foreigners). when we enter this room= terrible. it smells very bad n many water leak in bathroom n near the window. their bed sheet isn't clean smells very bad! wi-fi isn't working! we want to canceled this room, they booked for 3nights, but its kinda hard to find hotel during weekend. we decide to check out early morning n canceled another night, we move to another hotel. but unfortunately one of my colleague eat their breakfast early morning. then after that, he got stomachache, until i should send him to the hospital. their breakfast is trash! and i saw many cats in their hotel corridor. super terrible!!!

　ジョクジャを庶民的・文教的と訳たら後者にあるホテル。
レセプション、集会などが行われるように作った部屋の配置。でも個人旅行者でも快適に過ごせる。
１晩しか泊まらなかったがスタッフの対応も良好、チェックアウト時の車の手配（駅までの送り）もスムーズと
感じの良いホテル。
