Eine Woche im Royal Regantris Cendana in Surabaya
Pros:

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich das abwechslungsreiche und vielseitige Frühstücksbuffet sowie den freundlichen Service und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals.

Cons:

Negativ aufgefallen ist, dass man bei der Buchung keine Möglichkeit hatte, ein Nichtraucherzimmer auszuwählen. Bei der Ankunft erhielten wir ein stark nach Rauch riechendes, zudem sehr abgewohntes Zimmer. Als wir ein Nichtraucherzimmer verlangten, wurde uns ein kostenloses Upgrade in ein Deluxe-Zimmer angeboten. Dieses Zimmer war ein neu renoviertes Zimmer in dem wir uns wohlfühlen konnten.
Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt war das Frühstücksbuffet: Die warmen Speisen waren leider jedes Mal kalt

价格超级优惠，小区环境公寓，安全，卫生，安静，裙楼还有游泳池。刷卡进入，安保措施也不错。大型商城，购物方便，吃饭方便，各种美食都有，价格也很实惠。酒店客服也非常好，入住去接我们，指导我们找房间。退房时也方便接单。没有繁琐的手续。旁边几十米就是一个大型的中国风的建筑群和美食街。很不错的一次入住。

3* hotel? More like a bad motel
Pros:

Location was great! The reception was 24/7 so it felt secure.

Cons:

Upon my arrival I have checked in and as soon as I have entried the room (504) it was smelling bad. Like noone has opened the window for months! They don't bother with air fresheners or using perfumed cleaning products. On the floor there was loads of long black hair!! So noone moped the floor, it was disgusting. Went to reception and asked for another room which I got. Sadly it was the same situation (room 502) just with less hair!! Tidied up by myself as I didn't want to waste more time or argue. The bin in the room was devastated (viz photo), the toilet paper holder was broken. The mirrors were rusty. The air con was leaking. The hair dryer holder was also falling apart! The mattress on the bed needs replacing as it's very flat and OLD. Would not stau agaim even for free. Gladly stayed only for one night. Avoid!!! There are better hotels in Surabaya for sure!
