Close to everything
The hotel is a go to for me because it is conveniently located well priced and always clean but this one time I had a terrible time with the woman at reception.
I was in my room asleep when I got a phone call saying I am a check out check out check out Very loudly on the phone.
This type of behavior is not acceptable whilst I made the mistake of getting my dates mixed up. I do not expect to be treated like this.
This is terrible customer service now I know there is a language barrier as well, but that is just not acceptable. Very bad training.
A small thing like this would stop me staying again.

Sadly, the surveys don’t give you enough information to allow accurately, but what I can say it is sensational value for money and a great quiet location with easy access to the main road via the August suites hotel in front.
