O hotel tem padrão muito antigo e fica numa esquina em que o trânsito é intenso, com bastante barulho. Fiz o check-in e me deram o quarto 502. O chuveiro não esquentava e o frigobar não funcionava. Além disso tinha uma cortina de plástico, com ganchos arrebentado no box que quando liguei o chuveiro a água molhou tudo. O telefone não funciona. Reclamei na recepção e me deram outro quarto no mesmo andar, com frigobar e chuveiro funcionando e box de vidro. O telefone não funciona na maioria dos quartos. O café da manhã tem pouca variação. A roupa de cama estava limpa. Os funcionários da recepção e restaurante são excelentes.

atendeu para uma noite.
Pros:

Autorizaram o checkin antecipado, a água do chuveiro era quente e a localização é bem estratégica, próxima da estação ferroviária, que era nosso objetivo.

Cons:

nos fizeram espeerar até encerrar o período do café da manhã,mesmo com o checkin já autorizado, o figobar no quarto é vazio e as coisas de consumo ficam na recepção, tendo que descer lá pra pegar uma água pra tomar.

Bom custo benefício.
Pros:

Sempre que vou a Belo Horizonte fico nesse hotel. Tem um bom custo benefício para quem fica o dia fora e só vai dormir e tomar banho. As camas são confortáveis e com roupa de cama limpa, o chuveiro não é mais elétrico, melhorou bastante e para o calor tem ar condicionado nos quartos. O café da manhã é bem simples. Os funcionários são muito solicitos.

Tem que ficar pedindo para repor os produtos do café da manhã.
