Experiência ruim, hotel decadente
Pros:

Hotel está em decadência, colchões bombardeados, sem estrutura para receber. Funcionários mal humorados, as únicas q me atenderem bem foram as camareiras. Tudo muito velho, e até enferrujado.

Decepcionada com o atendimento e desconforto

Já tinha noção de o hotel é antigo e não tem qualidade no que diz respeito a camas, essa foi a quarta e última vez que me hospedo. Fiz duas reservas quase 2 meses antes e pedi para priorizarem quartos nos fundos por saber que o barulho na frente é insuportável, mas não fui atendida. Frigo bar não funcionava e sequer fizeram questão de resolver o problema.
Quando no dia seguinte iria procurar outro estabelecimento, apareceu um quarto nos fundos.
Café da manhã antes começava as 6h e dava tempo de embarcar no trem, agora é servido a partir das 6:30h, o que impede de nos alimentarmos.
Fiquei muito decepcionada !

Cons:

Camas totalmente desconfortáveis, as espumas dos colchões estão dando quase na madeira da cama, tudo muito antigo.
Café da manhã horário ruim para quem viaja de trem.
