Glad to have visited OKC, nice hotel, but not happy with the added parking fees.
Pros:

Overall, property was nice. Rooms were above average. Staff very friendly. Food (breakfast) was top shelf.

Cons:

No on site parking! Valet service for $37 or walk a block to the ramp for $30. This should have been made clear on the booking site. We were traveling through OK and did not need to be downtown, so the added parking fee was a not so nice surprise. And the booking site said “free breakfast” which we found out was not true. The restaurant on site is not free. Staff ultimately comped our breakfast, which was a nice gesture.

FANTASTIC GEM IN THE HEART OF THE CITY!
Pros:

What a gem! We booked the hotel pretty last minute because of the Championship Parade--I didn't expect to have as great a time as we did! Our kids LOVED the pool, and it was a such a delightful surprise to find yummy snacks and drinks in our room. The water pressure was great, the towels were fluffy and clean. We asked for extra blankets and got them within minutes! The lobby was decorated for the Thunder win, something totally not required but a big blessing to families and fans traveling in. They had fun Thunder apparel and merch available for purchase, as well. We ordered a few drinks from the main bar, and the area was so clean and comfortable! The bartender was friendly, as was the front desk staff. We had a 10/10 time, and would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful room
Pros:

The hotel was in the perfect location to everything around. Can with valet offered fantastic service! Would definitely recommend this hotel! 10/10

I liked that it was centally located. It's easy to get anywhere downtown walking.

Cons:

I didn't like that you really had no options on parking other than paying for valet. And your car was further away.

Excellent hotel and location
Pros:

Hotel and staff have all been excellent. From the breakfast to the large rooms to the great location and everything in between. Cam, Brayden, and Shiloh from valet have been extremely accommodating, friendly, and make it easy with the car every time. Will definitely be back!

Best of Bricktown!
Pros:

Love staying at the Hilton Garden Inn/Homewood suites in Bricktown. Always clean and the employees are very friendly. Cam took care of me in the valet. He was awesome… And had red hair like me so that’s a plus. Lol. Roxanne was also awesome at the front desk. I booked on the Internet and it was actually oversold. She immediately called me and set me up for the other hotel. When I stay in OKC Bricktown, this is my choice hotel.
