موظفة الاستقبال كانت قمة في اللطافة والاحترام. الغرف وسيعة وشرحة. المكان قريب من الخدمات والمطاعم والمواقف متوفرة في بدروم الفندق. باصات الفندق توصل إلى نزلة الجمرات والعكس كل ساعة وبعدها تحتاج تستخدم الباصات الترددية الخاصة بالحرم.
