チェックインが遅くなったのですが、スタッフさんが快く対応してくださいました。

食事の時、学生が多くて椅子にぶつかられる事が3回位あった。テーブル配置なのか？ 個人のマナー意識の問題か？

室内スリッパに髪の毛が1本着いていた。
Nous avions réservé et payer en supplément les petits déjeuners sur booking quand nous sommes arrivés, on nous a demandé si nos enfants allaient faire le petit déjeuner, on a dit bien sûr, ils nous ont dit pour les enfants, il faut payer en plus ou alors ils ne mange pas?!? ensuite on nous a demandé si nos enfants voulaient des oreillers? Des serviettes de toilettes.? J’ai cru que c’était une blague, bien sûr que mes enfants avaient besoin de se laver et d’avoir un oreiller pour dormir. Nous sommes retrouvés dans l’entrée avec des oreillers dans les bras et des serviettes de toilettes pour aller installer notre chambre… Comment est-ce possible ? Je tiens à préciser que le personnel était très gentil, mais qu’il y a clairement un problème au niveau des directeurs et des consignes qui ne sont pas humaines.

・ロケーション：東広島駅から非常に近く、広島駅からも新幹線で短時間でアクセスできるため、遠方からの移動には大変便利でした。一方で、広島大学や市内方面へ向かう際はやや移動しづらい面もありましたが、東広島駅近くに立地している点そのものは大きな魅力だと感じました。
・スタッフ：いろいろと相談や質問をしてしまいましたが、スタッフの皆さまに丁寧にご対応・ご案内いただき、安心して滞在することができました。レストランのスタッフの方々にも親切に接していただきました。
・部屋：思ったより広く、とても快適でした。
・朝食：朝食はとてもおいしかったです。朝からラーメンが提供されていたのは意外でしたが、印象に残りました。
・ウェルカムドリンクとバー：今回は外出が多く利用できませんでしたが、サービスとして魅力的だと感じました。
よくないというほどではありませんが、慣れていない方にとっては少し気になる点もあるかもしれません。なお、これらは今回宿泊した部屋についての感想であり、他の部屋も同様かどうかは分かりません。
・ベッドの向かい側に大きな鏡があり、少し気になりました。
・水回りがツーハンドル混合水栓だったため、慣れていない方にはやや使いづらいかもしれません。お湯の温度も、もう少し高いとありがたいと感じました。
・見落としているだけかもしれませんが、市内での移動方法（バス情報やレンタル自転車など）の案内情報もあればありがたいです。
スタッフが相談について親身に対応し、情報を提供してくれた。朝食も種類が多く、部屋に飲み物を自由に持っていくことができ、快適だった。
新幹線駅前の立地はよかったですが、場所が不便なうえ、土日はバスが無く、ここからの移動が難しかった。
自家用車の利用であれば、静かな、いいホテルと思います。
