Pros:

I love this hotel and was quite disappointed to hear it was changing from. The hard rock to the site not sure I'll be back. I will most probably go to the hard rock in Tenerife instead.

Pros:

Just like last year the service at the pool and the chairs by the beach was not so good. The bartender at the pool had a horrible attitude and was not friendly to anyone. She needs a different job.

Incredible hotel. Location is only a 2 minute walk from Ushuaia, Hi and a few other beach clubs. There is a shuttle at the entrance that takes you to Unvrs which was also convenient and any other transportation the valet is quick to assist you with arranging. The staff was sweet and helpful. The room service was amazing. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Ibiza next!
