Le petit-déjeuner est parfait.
Le jeune homme qui tient le bar apres 22h00 est vraiment très agréable, ainsi que le personnel de nettoyage.
L’accueil est cordiale et professionnel, sans plus.
La chambre (à l’étage): vraiment trop petite, aucun espace de rangement, mauvaise insonorisation.
Mooie accommodatie, heerlijk groen. Leuk terras buiten met planten ervoor. Ook het zwembad was geweldig, veel schaduw erbij. Er hangt een bordje over zwemkleding voorschriften wat wees op bedekte benen en schouders, maar omdat dit niet op booking stond hebben we dit aangekaart bij de receptie, die zei dat het prima was als je gewoon in badkleding zwom. Een fijne rust-oase in een drukke stad. Bij het ontbijt werd steeds heerlijke cake gebakken.
Eten was super lekker, maar het personeel van de bar hing steeds op het terras te hangen en te scrollen. Als je wat wilde bestellen kwamen ze loom overeind, maakte het wat ongemakkelijk, alsof je hun stoorde en ze niet veel zin hadden om aan het werk te gaan.
Mooi zwembad, lief personeel, lekker ontbijt, en er lopen heel veel schattige katjes rond.

Hotel en muy buen estado en general. Bonitos jardines y piscina.
El desayuno es abundante y variado. Ofrece frutas frescas. El último día salíamos muy temprano y nos dieron el desayuno para llevar. Gran detalle!
La habitación y el baño están en buen estado.
El personal es muy amable y aclara todo tipo de inquietudes.
Servicio de lavandería de pago (IDR 20.000 por kilo en Abril de 2026), muy efectivo y rápido.
Servicio de limpieza a la habitación todos los días y también reponen el agua en botella.
No hay lugar para colgar ropa.

Premesso che è la seconda volta che sono ospite in questo Hotel ( l'ultima volta nel 2024 ) e ho deciso di tornare dopo aver scelto anche altri alberghi negli anni proprio per il rapporto qualità prezzo e per servizi come la Piscina e la colazione ..Anche la posizione della struttura è molto buona visto che è situato in una zona tranquilla ma sempre non lontana dal centro.
Come già scritto è la seconda volta che sono ospite di questo albergo a distanza di circa 2 anni,.purtroppo questa volta devo dare un rating più basso perché ho visto un certo deterioramento della qualità a partire dalle camere..Avevo prenotato una camera matrimoniale di due livelli superiori per questo soggiorno, ma una volta e entrati rimango sorpreso dal puzzo di chiuso e dalle condizioni della camera perciò chiedo di poter cambiare camera e andare al piano superiore facendo un downgrade.. La seconda camera, anche se presentava chiari tratti di trascuratezza, almeno non aveva il puzzo di chiuso e sembrava anche meno umido anche se i segni di trascuratezza erano ben evidenti. Il bagno era molto era trascurato con sanitari molto datati, il soffitto aveva chiazze di acqua di una perdita e il televisore aveva una evidente chiazza sul monitor rendendo la visione abbastanza difficile. Anche la colazione, che per me nella primo soggiorno mi aveva colpito positivamente, l'ho trovata un po'meno di qualità e meno vario. Ho visto che in diverse camere stanno facendo del lavori di ristrutturazione e spero che il discorso valga per tutte le camere e spero inoltre che in futuro ci sia un upgrade di tutti i servizi perché ora mi sembra tutto molto datato.
I loved the location, the pool, the garden, the beautiful decor and the awesome pizza restaurant in the hotel. It was peaceful and relaxing and the staff were awesome!

- Lekker en gevarieerd ontbijt.
- Fijn zwembad met voldoende plekken en de zon en schaduw.
- Goede locatie. Met grab/gojek ben je snel bij de bezienswaardigheden. Lopend ook goed te doen.

Would like to have a hairdryer and kettle but onsite bar sells good coffee and is always open.
Quite loud call to prayer from local mosque in the early hours but I think this will be pretty much the same all over the city.
Nice clean piece decent breakfast and be friendly stuff 🤗
