Highly recommend Zhengzhou Hilton! The front desk staff have high professional quality, friendly and natural smiles, and smooth procedures without delay. When encountering any questions, they are carefully explained and actively help coordinate their needs. The service is meticulous, making people feel at home as soon as they enter. The overall experience is excellent.

This stay was particularly enjoyable, and I especially want to commend the supervisor of the hotel's concierge department, Mr. Lu. His service was warm and attentive, with a gentle and patient attitude. Whether it was asking for directions, assistance with luggage, or any last-minute requests, everything was handled promptly and professionally. He was meticulous and responsible in his work, and proactively considered the guests' needs, making people feel particularly at ease and cared for. With such an outstanding supervisor and team, the hotel's service quality is truly impressive. I highly recommend it!

Very centrally located with great facilities and rooms. Lounge is exceptional focusing on local and international cuisnes with good selection of drinks. Ms. Jennifer Liu at the executive lounge was very hospitable and with great service.

The concierge service is warm and considerate, the front desk check-in is efficient and fast, the Turbo luggage transfer is prompt and thoughtful, and they proactively help plan the itinerary. The experience is excellent. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel staff were extremely enthusiastic and the entire stay was very, very harmonious. The hotel staff were very professional, especially the supervisor of the concierge department, who was extremely professional. Sabot was super great.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time! The room was clean and tidy, with all the facilities available. The bedding was comfortable and I slept very soundly. The front desk service Nicole and Sophia was warm and attentive, and the check-in and check-out processes were very fast. The location was also very convenient, and the value for money was extremely high. I will definitely choose this place again next time and strongly recommend it!

The check-in experience today was simply amazing! The concierge, Turbo, provided an outstanding service. From helping me with my luggage when I got off the car, to quickly processing my check-in, and then patiently introducing the hotel facilities and nearby restaurants, he was always smiling sincerely throughout the process. He was both efficient and considerate. A small detail: when I casually asked if there was a pharmacy nearby, he not only pointed out the direction but also specially wrote down the name and business hours of the pharmacy on a note for me. This kind of service that exceeded expectations made me feel particularly warm. Next time I come, I will definitely stay here again, just for Turbo's service!
