Perfect in every way

整体不错，推荐！
Pros:

冬天来这里的话，可以走一段商业通，就避免了在雪地在拖箱子，而且从商业通就能到酒店大门，很方便。

位置不错，离JR小樽站走路只要几分钟。酒店对面有公交站，去天狗山一车直达。
房间是很昭和的感觉，看得出来是历史比较悠久，不过维护得还不错。两个大箱子可以摊开。

大堂有一位会讲中文的女服务生，态度也很好。大堂的鲜花很好看！

另外，周边吃的很多，楼下就有一家面包店，价格也不贵。

电梯不用刷卡就能上楼。

Good location, you can walk from the train station. Ski bus stopped in front of hotel.
Pros:

Very helpfull front desk staff. Made dinner reservations for us. The only negative was breakfast was very crowded with skiers trying to get out the door.

Cons:

Breakfast too crowded. Maybe open breakfast earlier?

A very comfortable, convenient and plush stay.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with a great lobby and particularly helpful English speaking Reception staff. Fabulous international breakfast and also a very interesting traditional Japanese breakfast. Rooms very comfortable. Great location close to canal and interesting restaurants and arcades. Convenient airport bus (morning) and reasonably close to railway station. Room supplies excellent (fresh water, tea and coffee) Good hotel carpark.

Cons:

Onsen a bit basic but had a steam room and met our hot bath needs.

Nice hotel with a delicious breakfast.
Pros:

Short walk from Otaru station and most is through the covered arcade. It was quite close to the sushi street and not far to the tourist area. The lobby was impressive. The breakfast was a delicious seafood bowl. The price was quite reasonable.

Cons:

The room was quite small with not a great view.

Classy, sophisticated, well located, luxurious 5star
Pros:

Great location walking distance of train station. Seemed more like a 5 star hotel. Staff helped me many times with restaurant reservations and taxi booking. Stayed in the executive suite which was massive. Couldn't beat it for the price. Lounge access was nice for the tea and little snacks

Good stay, nice staff and facilities, small room but we were happy with our stay.

Location and parking at the facility was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and lobby were clean.

Upgrade to the suite with more space and lounge access.
Pros:

I am glad we paid a bit more for the suite which includes lounge access with free cookies, tea snacks and drinks. Room was very nice and roomy for two persons so very enjoyable.
Good location. Easy walk from station through partially sheltered tourist street.

Cons:

Nothing. Went at peak winter festival season so a bit pricey. But so is every hotel
