一人のフロントマン以外は、素晴らしい
Pros:

小樽駅にまあまあ近く、館内に不満はありませんでした。朝食の場所からの眺めやメニューも良かったです。清掃スタッフの方も心地よい挨拶をしてくださいました。

Cons:

チェックイン時に対応していただいたフロント（男性）の方ですが、ルームキーを私に渡す際に「はいっ」と片手で差し出しました。ホテルスタッフとしてはカジュアルすぎるというか、場にそぐわない態度のように感じ少し不快感を覚えました。

ウェルカムドリンクのサービスが良かった。エレベーターのボタンがカードがないと押せないようになっていて、セキュリティ面で安心できた。

Cons:

駅から近い商店街側の方の入り口が階段だけなので、足の悪い友人は表まで回らなくていけなかった。
