Good stay, nice staff and facilities, small room but we were happy with our stay.
Pros:

Location and parking at the facility was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and lobby were clean.

Cons:

Room was a bit small, but we were there a short while and it did the job.

Upgrade to the suite with more space and lounge access.
Pros:

I am glad we paid a bit more for the suite which includes lounge access with free cookies, tea snacks and drinks. Room was very nice and roomy for two persons so very enjoyable.
Good location. Easy walk from station through partially sheltered tourist street.

Cons:

Nothing. Went at peak winter festival season so a bit pricey. But so is every hotel

A beautiful location in Otaru
Pros:

Excellent location, friendly staff. Easy access with a car. Wonderful views from the 11th floor bar!

Cons:

Only 2 elevators to service 11 floors. The spa was a little on the small side.

満喫しました
Pros:

全てに清潔感があった。
無料の飲料水（ペットボトル）が部屋に置いていて、
非常に便利であった。

朝食のビッフェは、大変美味しく頂くことができた。

Cons:

あえて良く無かった点をあげるならば、大浴場の
湯槽の温度が少し熱く感じた。
子供が少し熱そうにしていた。

小樽にぴったりなかわいい宿泊
Pros:

部屋の感じが可愛らしくて良かった。3人で泊まったのですが、エキストラベッドもしっかりしていて良かった。小樽芸術村にも近く静かでゆっくり過ごすことが出来た。雨が降っていたが近くの商店街のアーケードを使って駅まで行けて立地も良かった。
