Was very happy with stay.
Pros:

Happy with room and balcony. It was well air conditioned as extremely hot temp outside. Staff were friendly and were happy to help when needed.

Perfect location, with elevator and close to everything
Pros:

The apartment is large, with a direct view on the Piazza Napoleone. It is in walking distance from everything in the centrer of Lucca. The apartment was clean and very well organised and the kitchen area has everything you need for your stay.

Pros:

Everything, location is excellent..lovely balcony and very quiet at night after 11pm. Aircon excellent and staff cannot do enough for you

もうちょっといたかったくらい最高でした。
Pros:

毎夏に開かれているルッカの音楽フェスティバルに行くなら、会場からとても近く、終演後に帰るのが楽。近所のお店も多いし、キッチンが充実しているので（IHコンロが４口！）自炊もヨシ。部屋もとても広いです。どれくらい広いかと言うとメインルームだけで太極拳が出来るくらい広い。

Pros:

Appartement très bien situé, très spacieux, literie excellent , ascenseur apprécié , Personnel très à l'écoute. Nous avons eu un problème avec la climatisation à 23hr et il s'est rendu disponible pour résoudre le problème
