Pros:

The deluxe room was very comfortable and nice. The foods and drinks provided in room was sufficient.

Cons:

1. The breakfast buffet still can be improved in taste wise. The coffee must be served free since coffee is a main and common item for breakfast.

Overall was nice and in a good location.

Cons:

As soon as we get in our room it had an awful smell so we switched rooms but shortly the other room started having the same smell, I’m unsure if it was the air conditioner or something in the hall but the smell was so bad we did not stay another night as planned

Nice stay and great location, would recommend
Pros:

Room was nice, clean and great value for money. Facilities were good and staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Noise was loud at night from other people staying, soundproofing could be the only issue needing improving for room.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it was very nice! A special thanks to Mr. Sugi, who is a very good and nice person. He is always very helpful and has fantastic behavior. We love coming back here!

Good location close to the mall. Staff was kind.

Cons:

First time we got into a room it smelled so bad, that we had ask for another room. Pool has no view and it is small. Food was not a great quality. Closest beach was not clean and full of people offering services even if you say NO 100 times.
