Great location and rooms have good size TV and cable - staff and service super friendly

We stayed on the garden balcony side and heard no noise from the sky garden club, room service meals were impressive and huge! Very affordable we love being amongst all the hustle close to everything will stay again for sure!

Swimming pool had loungers alaways avaliable. Downstairs road entry bar is 24 hours. I have stayed here previously and will very happily stay here again. Lovely shower water delivery and temperature. Buffet breakfast from 7am or even earlier finishes at 10am.

Very convenient and great customer service.
Rooms are small but does the job.
Will definitely be back

Food is bomb not too mention cheap

Good small hotel. Better for the party crowd. Night clubs all around making the hotel not very quiet but still enjoyable. It is on a very popular street with tons of shops, looks very fun.

Great hotel to stay at for a long trip. We have stayed there for 10 days total. Breakfast has a big verity of food, the room is always clean, they have a very nice restaurant. Very close to Kuta beach, and close to all main locations.

The only downside that we had was the wifi/connection issues. We stayed on the first floor, and the wifi only worked like 10% of the time, and our phones would show no service as soon as we get into the room.

The hotel has a major dust mite problem throughout the hotel. The nearby club plays loud music until 3:30 am in the morning thus I needed to use my ear plugs everyday. The breakfast is very good, it is located near the beach, the airport and Beachwalk Shopping Center, which is the biggest mall on Bali.

You had to be part of a group booking to recieve service.

Reception staff Okta and Juni are always polite, nice.

Security at the front of the hotel DO NOT help hotel guests cross the road safely. They are 2 guys and they just text or talk on their phones.

Sadly, Agun from the Cafe has left...Agun was a very nice, professional and polite employee.

Joel from reception and me had a misunderstanding at first BUT eventually he gave me a nice room, room 323 next to the Elevator as I have health issues.

J4 hotels is a nice hotel in a great, central location.

I will continue to be a J4 loyal customer forever..

Room was spacious, some areas of the room are not Clean, there was some stains in the sheets. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Food was okay.

Nice hotel in a central location. Place is always clean. All employees are nice (including Okta, Ayu, Juni from the Reception & Agun from the Cafe) BUT SPECIAL THANKS TO YUNI from the Front Desk / Reception as he is ALWAYS polite, helpful and hard working..

Rooms was nice clean bed comfortable I don’t see any maintenance I’m not happy about I was reguest about some one pick up us in airport but no one coming pick up us.

Breakfast was good too..

My room smelled of mould so did the hallway the shower head didn’t work properly otherwise it was good the noise from the nightclubs didn’t bother me
