Comfy stay in Milan
Pros:

The place was super comfy and spacious, they offered disposable slippers. Despite it being rather fram from the old town, it was easy to get to the place as it has a bus stop right in front. They also offered a late check-in protocol that was very useful.

Cons:

The cleanliness can be a little better, but for a bit of a better deal and if you don't mind being a little outside the city centre, this is a good option.

Pros:

Todo muy bonito, la habitación muy acogedora, eramos 4 personas y todos encantados, para ir al centro hay una parada de autobús muy cerca asi que una gran ventaja, al lado hay una panadería donde puedes comprar para desayuno y almuerzo si quieres venden camarones o langostinos y estan mas que deliciosos y tambien hay lasagnas la tradicional y una de champiñones muy buenas y super baratas

Pros:

This place works very well for picking up and dropping off my motorcycle. I stay here often and like the value for money. It is comfortable and the WiFi works well. That's all I need.

Il bagno non era in camera ma nel corridoio. Inoltre, il bagno non aveva né una finestra né un aspiratore da bagno rendendo l'aria irrespirabile e caldissima (io sono andato a giugno). Non ci sono aspetti positivi, hotel da prendere solo ad un prezzo stracciato

Per brevi soggiorni accettabile
Pros:

Il letto e i cuscini molto comodi, set pantofole con tappi per orecchie, biancheria pulita, aria condizionata.

Cons:

All’arrivo ci ha ospitato un signore alla reception. Parlava e capiva male l’italiano. Essendoci un disabile e un accompagnatore questo signore ci voleva far pagare la tassa di soggiorno (per accompagnatore €4/notte), anche se il comune di Milano (ma anche tutta l’Italia) dice chiaro e tondo che i disabili e i loro accompagnatori sono esenti dal pagamento della tassa di soggiorno. Alla fine la mattina seguente c’era una ragazza gentilissima che ci ha confermato che è tutto a posto e non abbiamo pagato nulla.
Oltre in camera c’erano tante zanzare. La finestra non si chiudeva bene e trapassava tutto il rumore della strada.
