Las camas son muy duras ... Y la señal de la televisión era muy mala

El elevador constantemente no sirve , la señal de la tv es precaria , no hay wifi , los controles no funcionan como debe de ser , en realidad deja mucho que desear
La habitación despedía un mal olor a drenaje que estuvo durante la estancia . El baño no abría y tuvieron que ir los técnicos , las instalaciones eran viejas y descuidadas . Lo peor es que el agua de la alberca muy sucia y no pudimos usarla por temor a infecciones .el precio era accesible pero solo un baño para una recámara de 4 camas .
Que estaba céntrico ala playa y que tenía su propio alberca

Muy buena ubicación y excelente servicio del personal de limpieza y recepción.
En mi caso era un viaje para relajarme, y al llegar me doy cuenta que el sistema de televisión por cable falla muchísimo se pierde la señal, al Igual que el wi fi, no puedes ver una película Agusto por qué se queda sin señal y es algo muy estresante.
Deberían ser más honestos en los servicios que ofrecen, en mi caso estaba en el piso 7 y fallaba demasiado la señorita de recepción me apoyo con un cambio de habitación al cuarto piso pero el problema seguía, deberían cambiar de proveedor del servicio, en mi caso no creo volver a hospedarme ahí y tampoco lo recomendaría.

No salía agua caliente al momento de bañarse
Solo la ubicación, el personal si es amable pero no resuelven.
Tenía cucarachas. Hay Internet pero no agarra la señal en la habitación. Tiene un QR para contactar con el hotel pero nadie responde. Quería vista al mar y no me dejaron escoger y me dieron vista a la alberca. No tienen Netflix las Tv y el control no servía,me dieron otro pero tampoco jaló.

La televisión jamás agarro la imagen tiene muy mala señal algunas personas del personal del hotel tienen muy mal carácter
