Let’s see when I first check in there was poo in the toilet hot waiter not working WiFi not working and also elevator not working too

Cons:

There's cockroaches. I requested to be moved to another room only to find out there's more cockroaches playing around so I stick to my old room. Hopefully this will be addressed by management and do a serious pest control all over the hotel.
