nao havia serviço de quarto após as 20h devido o feriado. sendo que o hotel nunca vi tão cheio. nao entendi essa falta de serviço. tbem a demora para retirada de xicaras e pratos nas mesas do café. quem chega mais tarde pega as mesas sujas e tem que aguardar
