Pros:

Tout d'abord, être accueillie avec le sourire à notre arrivée ! Pas de check in automatisé mais de vraies personnes qui vous parlent. La famille propriétaire de l'hôtel est très sympathique. Elle a su garder le caractère architectural de l'hôtel qui a beaucoup de charme. La salle ou plutôt les salles du petit déjeuner sont très agréables et le caffè est très bon.
Nous avons fait étape une seule nuit mais nous reviendrons sûrement pour avoir le temps de nous balader dans le centre historique rejoignable à pieds.

Pros:

We had a very friendly welcome here from the lovely host in this family-run hotel. It's got a nice traditional Italian vibe and the room was very comfortable and clean. Finished off by a great value breakfast.

Pros:

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole grazie alla simpatica e cordiale gestione familiare. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, e la posizione è vicinissima al centro storico di Lucca, con la comodità del parcheggio interno.

Pros:

Hotel accogliente e pulito, a pochi minuti dalle mura di Lucca, comodo per spostarsi a piedi. Abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio all'interno del loro cortile. Molto comodo. Tutti gentili.
