We stayed one night and everything worked out, but will not stay there next time
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and could speak several languages, which was very helpful

Cons:

There was no air conditioning, location is within walking distance of Notredome, and the Louvre, but the hotel itself is in a sketchy area.

Nos tocó una habitación dividida con la cama en un segundo nivel, no se aguantaba el calor, no pudimos descansar nada. Me imagino que las dobles por ser más altas quizás son menos calurosas

Excellent Location & Outstanding Service
Pros:

I had a great stay. The location is excellent and made it very easy to get around. Kate at the front desk was especially friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay.

I also recommend booking the Charming Room. It’s spacious, comfortable, and much better than the Standard Room, which felt quite small and made it difficult to move around.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Amazing!!
Pros:

Service was amazing, room was clean, big and very comfortable and the location was perfect! We had a great time staying here and I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. It was a good price for what you get!

Pros:

Perfecte ligging. Geparkeerd bij les Halles, €50 voor 24 uur. Helemaal prima!

Cons:

Het was erg warm en er was geen airco. Daarom heb ik het raam opengezet, maar de hele nacht waren ze aan het laden en lossen voor de deur. Dat viel tegen.

Rendkívül kedves személyzet, tökéletes tisztaság, nagyon kényelmes ágyak.

Cons:

30 fok volt a szobában, aludni nem nagyon tudtunk. 2 ventillátor ugyan be volt készítve, de csak még jobban fújta a meleget. Reggelente a szomszédos üzletekbe már hajnaltól szállítják az árut, nagyon hangos volt. A reggeli nagyon gyér kínálatú. Összességében azonban abszolút pozitív, de a klíma hiánya nagyon rányomta bélyegét a családi nyaralásra.

Pros:

Petit hôtel avec un certain charme, idéalement placé au début du marais, juste à quelques pas du métro « Hôtel de Ville » (ligne 1) et à 10-15mn de la gare de Lyon. Jolie et charmante petite chambre avec salle de bain et toilettes séparées.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre, juste un petit ventilateur ; même si ce dernier faisait un peu d’air, la chaleur dans la chambre était vraiment terrible à supporter ! Dommage, car ça enlève tout le charme de l’établissement.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hôtel de La Bretonnerie. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Le Marais, with so many restaurants, cafés, and attractions within walking distance.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable during the unexpected heat wave that happened while we were there. They provided fans, and we were able to open the windows, which certainly helped.

One thing to be aware of is that the hotel does not have air conditioning. This is actually quite common in Europe, so it's something to keep in mind if you're visiting during the summer.

Also, the elevator is very small, but we found that to be fairly typical in Europe as well. Traveling with lighter luggage definitely makes getting around easier—not just at this hotel, but throughout Europe.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend Hôtel de La Bretonnerie to anyone looking for a charming hotel in a fantastic location.
