The room was spaciouse and thr butler was very friendly

Breakfast was horrible ,hotel.is way overpriced for 100 usd in panama their is way much better hotels service and breakfast
Its more like a 40 usd hotel except foe the room

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, sin embargo, sus instalaciones son muy antiguas y hay demasiado olor a humedad. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, especialmente en la piscina. Durante nuestra estadía, no hubo luz en las zonas húmedas, nadie se preocupó por corregir la situación. Olvidé un cargador de un celular, al devolverme para pedirlo, no lo entregaron.

Había un mal olor en el ambiente, quizás la alfombra necesitaba cambio. El aire acondicionado casi no funcionaba y el control estaba en muy mal estado.

Las habitaciones están en mal estado las paredes están manchadas me tocó pedir dos veces cambio de habitación por que las dos primeras estaban en mal estado las paredes con humedad y con manchas negras y sucias en la mayor parte me había quedado hace dos años allí y me había gustado pero el hotel bajó mucho la calidad de su servicio

Pros:

Que las 2 habitaciones se conectaban una a la otra.

Cons:

El área de piscina.. es muy pequeña y el desayuno para ser una navidad no sirvió un buen desayuno variado navideño.. fue fatal el menú del desayuno.
