Pros:

Short walk to Alma Bay. It is one of the nicest anywhere in the world.
Rooms are close to Arcadia Hotel with very good amenities, even for children and food. Very friendly atmosphere.
Public transport very close.

Cons:

There was nothing for us to dislike.
