空きが無く喫煙ルームを選択したが、部屋は紙タバコを直前まで放置していたかのようなタバコ臭さでチェックアウト後に全ての持ち物にキツイタバコ臭がついてしまった。元喫煙者の自分でもキツイので脱臭装置を入れて欲しい。
接客はややフランクだが必要十分。

トイレットペーパーが残り少なくて予備も無いと気付いたのが午前4時で、持って来て貰うのも悪いし、連れも起こしてしまうので節約して我慢しました。

Pros:

建物・施設はやや古く、初めは大丈夫かと思ったが、めんてが行き届いているようで問題はなかった。
朝の軽食は、普通の朝食ではなく、まさに軽食だった。でも3種か4種のパンはみな美味しかった。何よりコーヒーは美味かった。
エアコンの調節がほとんど出来ず27℃に設定しても21度まで下がったままだったのが残念だった。恐らく空調システムとしての限界だったのだろう。

場所はすすきのから近い為すすきの周辺をぶらつくのに便利でした。
また料金も安く朝食でパンとジュースが付くので良かったと思います。　
駐車場についてと電気ケトル等の貸出の物について説明がなかったのでマイナスです。
製氷機と冷蔵庫に水はありませんでした。購入が必要です。
