Such accomodating personell, absolutely 💯, and ready to serve at a moments notive whenever possible!
Very helpful in regards to having a a baby with us too.
Only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't stay any longer!
If anything, there was a hint of cigarette smoke smell in one of the bathrooms. But the personell was very helpful in that regard too, and managed to mostlt get rid the smell.

The cleaning is a little superficial. Train your staff to properly clean the toilet and bathroom so it doesn't smell.
The staffs, the location and the value for money
The hotel could gradually replace the bed, upgrade the bathroom and improve the breakfast menu. I've seen improvements in general housekeeping and room condition and hope the effort continues.

Dies war mein dritter Aufenthalt in den Avissa Suites und es hat mir wieder sehr gut gefallen. Ich fühlte mich wie zuhause. Das Personal war besonders nett!! Ich genoss das indonesische Frühstücksbuffet. Dazu muss ich aber sagen, dass ich früher lange in Indonesien lebte und deshalb auch ganz besonders die indonesischen Speisen gerne esse, auch wenn es westliche Alternativen gab. Ich genoss es sehr, dass jeden Tag das Angebot an Speisen wechselte.
Es gibt keinen Ort, an dem alles perfekt ist, aber mir fällt im Augenblick nichts ein, was mir persönlich nicht gefiel.
