Pleasant, clean, satisfactory breakfast. Would be comfortable recommending it as a 3-star hotel
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. Sometimes needed to ask for eggs. The daily cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The cleaners did an amazing job. Front of house staff were lovely.

Cons:

The bathroom could do with a good grout clean / replacement. It's the only thing in the room I could fault. The fish and chips I ordered from Room Service was terrible. I would recommend revisiting how this is made, changing it or removing it as a menu option.

Very nice stay
Pros:

Front desk team very friendly, welcoming also the security and concierge always around, ready and smiling. Breakfast simple but nice, have everything I need to start the day. The room was clean and comfortable bed, value for money with location in the centre of Jakarta easy access to the airport. Highly recommended for friends, family, couple and solo travelers.Terima kasih
