EXCELENTE UBICACION y ATENCION.
Pros:

la ubicación es impecable, a una cuadra de la plaza principal. La atención de los recepcionistas es super! Siempre tratando de hacernos sentir como en casa. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son un poco ruidosas, dado que las ventanas dan al pasillo donde pasa todo el mundo y a la piscina. Y se escucha bastante cuando el de al lado abre la ducha o camina por la habitación.

Size of room offered was ridiculously tiny and crampt . The tiny room also smelt badly . The owner has a massive attitude problem, as we decided to check out one night early , as a non smelly room was not available. He even wanted the name of my daughter who works for Booking , after I told a member of staff that I did not want to let her know about our awful experience. He took over half a day to respond to my initial request for a refund for the night that we felt unable to stay , and bearing in mind that the replacement hotel had a higher rate due to high season , and we also had an extra day expense on car hire . He also stated that I had been awful to employees, which is not the case, they are probably fearful of their jobs . And also stated that I was difficult with other guests at the accommodation. We only spoke with one English speaking couple , and briefly asked if they had a problem with room smell and size . They said no , and we quickly moved on to many other topics for the 98 percent of the accommodation. I await a refund for the room please .

POSADA ESPECTACULAR

Es un lugar increíble! Ya habíamos estado en enero y volvimos con mi mamá, que quedó muy contenta. La posada es increíble! Lo mejor que tiene es la atención del personal, son super amables y dispuestos. Es un lugar para pasar una estadía tranquila, desenchufarse y descansar
