From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. With effect from 1 June 2014, the Penang City Council will be imposing a fee of MYR 3 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check-in. The friendly staff. The location is next to shopping mall and near to eatery places. The in room dining food (Kuey Teow ) was delicious and fast too.
The smell of smoke 🚬 in the room and lift lobby of my floor was so bad. And there was an ashtray in the room, so I assumed they allowed guests to smoke. And it was quite noisy because our room was facing the main road and the window cannot be closed properly.
