From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. With effect from 1 June 2014, the Penang City Council will be imposing a fee of MYR 3 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check-in. Please note that this is not included in the room rate.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. It was very convenient and close to everything. The staff were also very polite, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the stay a bit more pleasant.
The room lighting was extremely dim, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The walls had visible stains, which was quite unpleasant. The headboard light cover was broken and dusty, giving a poor impression of cleanliness.
The bathroom was not well maintained. The toilet spray nozzle was faulty and sprayed in the wrong direction, the shower door could not close properly, and the sink took a very long time to drain.
Breakfast was another letdown. As a vegetarian, my options were very limited, basically just bread with butter and jam, along with some steamed vegetables and potatoes. It definitely did not meet expectations.
Overall, I don’t think the stay was worth the price. Honestly, a budget hotel might have provided a better experience. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
i was inform earlier that my room come with breakfast (sahur) but morning when i go down its not.
I like food! The breakfast is soo delicioussss. And also the room, very clean.

The room had an overpowering scent, like someone poured out the whole bottle of air freshener. The floor was sticky.
