From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. With effect from 1 June 2014, the Penang City Council will be imposing a fee of MYR 3 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check-in. Please note that this is not included in the room rate.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Location was strategic when the mall beside it was popular.

the front staff are good and responsive
the time for swiming pool have short to 7pm only, before this its was longer, and the breakfast cafe in the morning also have reduce to 10am only instead much longer than before.

The ramp to the lobby/parking lot is broken, and my car's underside was scraped pretty hard when I entered the ramp.

I thought the front desk staff members were courteous and helpful. Hotel exterior was impressive.
Room needs renovation and didn't justify the hotel exterior. It looked kind of old. Restaurant food needs a lot of improvement. There was really not enough space to put out our toiletries.
