Pros:

Ample parking space and the ambience of the lobby area

Cons:

The smells in the room and the carpets both in the room and outdoors . Part of the shower screen came off , potential causing safety hazard.

Pros:

I appreciate the fast check-in process at the hotel lobby, as well as the swimming pools.

Cons:

The cleanliness is unsatisfactory, particularly in the toilet. In addition, the carpet requires further upgrading, as there are visible ironing marks in my room, and it is also torn in several areas for unknown reasons. Most importantly, the refrigerator in my room is not functioning properly and requires a replacement.

Cons:

stayed here for one night and paid around RM238. The service at the counter was good — staff were friendly and helpful, which made the check-in smooth.
However, the room was quite disappointing. It felt old and outdated, and the overall condition wasn’t as comfortable as expected. The food was also not great. We ordered from the hotel, but unfortunately it was quite tasteless.
This was actually my second time staying here, and sadly the experience didn’t improve much. Overall, I would rate this hotel 3 out of 5.
