The hotel staff has a very negative attitude and a negative service attitude. The hotel is ill-maintained, and the breakfast is poor. Requests from the staff are either ignored or carried out with a sour face. Very unpleasant.

Visiting here as a foreigner, they made everything incredibly easy from check in to check out. I expected some issues with language barriers and cultural differences, but the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make my stay amazing.

Ist wohl das Beste Hotel in der Gegend. Personal ist freundlich, ab und zu trotzdem überfordert.

Frühstück ist in Ordnung, nichts Besonderes. Da es Kosher ist, gibt es natürlich kein Fleisch beim Frühstück. Ein bestelltes Spiegelei (um 07.00) wurde gemacht, aber lieblos und nicht mal annähernd durchgebraten. Geparkt wird in der Tiefgarage, wenn es keinen Platz hat, dann parkt jeder auf dem Behindertenparkplatz (nich wirklich sympatisch!!!)

Bestes Hotel in der Gegend.
Beim Einchecken festgestellt, dass keine Nespresso-Maschine auf dem Zimmer ist. Der Reception mitgeteilt, innerhalb von 20min hatte ich eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Super Service-Danke Shani !

Great place to vacation
Pros:

Rooms are spacious with a sliding door separating bedroom and living room/kitchenette area. Microwave, mini-fridge, counter top.
Sabbath observers: mechanical keys, shabbat elevator. Only Friday night meal. No lunch so you need to arrange your own. Pool on 3rd floor is smallish for the size of the hotel

The hotel is fabulously situated directly opposite the beach with a charming Indian Restaurant also a one minute walk away. The hotel has arelaxing ambiance and the Manager (Rony) is just most helpful and welcoming Manager I have ever met.
