Cons:

As we were checking in, the staff said that our room that re-reserved had been filled, and they gave us a lesser valued room. I had reserved the room way in Advance advanced so there should’ve been no reason that they gave our room away. I was not very happy. I had rented a room with a whirlpool in it and they gave that room away to somebody else and gave us a room that did not have it. I should be somehow compensated.

Det var lite jeg likte så ja

Cons:

Sengen var hard, putene var for tynne og ubehagelige. Endte opp med å kjøpe en egen pute for så vidt å få sove. Tapeten i rommet drev og falt av. Frokosten var ikke til å skryte av.

The front desk staff

Cons:

I didn’t like that the door would not lock completely. The door to my room would have to be pushed all the way close in order for it to close when I first walked in housekeeping literally just had finished cleaning the room, but it still was dirty. There were stains on the carpet stains on the bed and when I mentioned it to the staff nothing was done
