Ottima soluzione per famiglie
Pros:

Ottima posizione,comodo avere la colazione con possibilità di doggybag. Microonde e frigo in camera top avendo dei bambini. Camere pulite e spaziose .

Cons:

Farei più attenzione al ripiano dei succhi di frutta in quanto spesso vi erano formiche e all'utenza fuori dall'hotel che potrebbe fruire dei servizi.

Discreto ma non ci tornerei

La posizione dell’hotel è comoda, vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e a due passi da Time Square. Carina anche la possibilità di preparare un piccolo spuntino (lunch box) da portare via per il pranzo. Tuttavia non essendoci una gran varietà di prodotti, dopo due giorni ho lasciato perdere il lunch box.

Cons:

In fase di prenotazione (8 mesi prima)avevo richiesto una camera in un piano alto e lontano da ascensori. All’arrivo mi viene assegnata una camera al terzo piano di 22 piani e proprio di fronte non a 1 ascensore ma bensì 3 ascensori. Ho chiesto subito il cambio camera ma, a causa dei lavori di ristrutturazione ai piani superiori, non c’era molta disponibilità. Per scusarsi mi hanno erogato un voucher di 50 dollari da spendere nello shop dell’hotel.
Colazione ripetitiva e scarsa in termini di scelta e qualità. Mancavano i formaggi e gli affettati. L’acqua nel dispenser non c’era quasi mai. I succhi di frutta erano annacquati. Pochi posti a sedere tanto che si dovevano utilizzare anche i tavolini della hall dell’hotel.
Camera grande per 4 persone con due letti king size ma bagno piccolissimo con lavandino minuscolo e vasca da bagno con soffione mal funzionante posizionato in alto. L’unico armadio (che era in bagno) era piccolissimo ed è risultato davvero scomodo. Abbiamo quindi tenuto i vestiti nelle valigie e sparsi qua e là per la camera. Per quello che ho speso mi aspettavo di più.

The staff were very kind and helpful, the location of the hotel is great.

Cons:

We spent eight nights at the hotel, so having almost the same breakfast every day became very monotonous. There were no cold cuts, no vegetables, and no vegan options (no vegan butter, no vegan milk, no vegan yoghurt etc.) . Surprisingly, the breakfast area is far too small for the number of guests they accommodate, so on some mornings we had to wait quite a long time for a table. The refrigerator and the ventilation system in the room were very noisy, so we often woke up during the night because of the constant noise.

FANTÁSTICO
Pros:

Fiquei surpresa com o Hotel, superou minhas expectativas, o café manhã é sensacional, totalmente fora dos padrões americanos, muita oferta de pães, omeletes, frutas, etc, variando todos os dias, inclusive no meio da tarde tem outro café oferecido! A roupa de cama excelente, limpeza um dia sim outro não, ficamos num quarto tripulo, com cozinha com tudo necessário para uma fazer refeição rápida. (pratos, panela, copos, geladeira grande, fogão de indução, etc )
só tenho uma ressalva o sofá cama não é dos melhores, resolvemos colocando o colchão no chão e deu tudo certo!
Quanto aos comentários dos drogados na rua do Hotel, vi muito poucos, alias aquela região inteira tem drogados pela rua, não incomodam ninguém, não fez a menor diferença para nós, pq vc acaba que acostumando, eles já fazem parte do visual
de NY!

Wyjątkowy.
Pros:

Lokalizacja, która ułatwiała poruszanie się po całym Manhattanie. Dostęp do kawy, herbaty i wody 24/h:), bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Czysto. Z miejscem na śniadaniach też nigdy nie mieliśmy problemu. Polecam, wrócimy tu na bank przy kolejnej wizycie w NY!
