Cons:

Strange buzzing noise during the night that lasted 30 seconds at random times. Staff were either fantastic or disinterested. Room tidied every other day which was fine, but only 2 coffee pods and 2 milks were left for 4 people???

Quando diz o check in efetuei o pagamento com cartão de crédito, um dia após check out voltaram a fazer pagamento da estadia, estou a aguardar que regularizem o segundo pagamento no cartão de crédito, já passaram mas de 10 dias ainda estou a aguardar

Albergo centralissimo per visitare la città. Servizio di pulizia molto attento. Colazione variata ma consiglierei di aggiungere cornetti, salumi, formaggio e latte caldo. Terrazza panoramica. Piacevole avere a disposizione in qualunque ora del giorno tisane, the’ e cioccolata. Comodissima la lunch box.

Emplacement top , placé entre Times Squares et le Madison Square Garden,et, à quelques mètres de PENN STATION.
Chambre spacieuse et agréable pour 3 personnes (lit confortable)
Petit déjeuner compris qui à toute son importance pour démarrer une grande journée de visite dans NYC. Possibilité de faire des lunchs box pour emporter.
Café , Thé et Chocolat disponible toute la journée dans le hall de l’hôtel.
Consignes pour les valises lors du départ.
Kitchenette pratique,avec tout le nécessaire.
Hôtel très propre.

Cons:

Vu de la chambre sur un grand bâtiment,ce qui assombrit fortement la chambre (ce n’est pas bien grave , car nous n’étions que le soir dans la chambre)
Prix un peu élevé,mais dans la fourchette de prix sur NYC.

The hotel was in a great location.The staff was great and the price was fair for what you get.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good,variety of food.
Room was spacious and had everything you need.
Very clean and bonus it had a kitchen with every appliance.I will definitely return back.

Very crowded in the morning at the breakfast bar.

Pros:

The breakfast was good and it was different each day. The room was nice and clean.

Cons:

We had a hard time checking in and had to change rooms 3 times, but the hotel didn't try to do anything to make it right to us. It was a long waiting time for the elevators too.

Top Lage !
Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal
Abwechslung beim Frühstück (ich fand es absolut ausreichend und lecker - der Geschmack ist verschieden !)

Cons:

Das Sofa-Bett war eine Zumutung: komplett durchgelegen :(
Besser die Matratze ab Nacht 2 auf den Boden
Die Reinigung hat nicht wirklich geklappt - 2 von 3 nur spärlich oder verspätet
Der Raum zum Frühstück ist nicht ausreichend
Wasserspender oftmals nicht funktionsfähig
