Un eu déçu
Pros:

Emplacement parfait, literie parfaite

Cons:

Personnel de l’accueil, notamment Gigi, vraiment peu aimable et pas très agréable. En revanche, le reste du personnel est parfait : souriant, agréable et professionnel.
Il manque également des porte-serviettes ainsi que des porte-manteaux dans la chambre, ce qui n’est pas très pratique.
Concernant le petit-déjeuner, je l’ai trouvé assez moyen, avec peu de choix et une qualité qui pourrait être améliorée.
Dans l’ensemble, un séjour agréable malgré quelques points à revoir.

Pros:

Good variety, more than adequate. Was impressed with kitchenette in the room. The staff was quick to respond to my needs. Very friendly.

Pros:

La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal de los desayunos, su azotea, poder llevarte lo que quieras del desayuno. La verdad es que está muy bien, en líneas generales. Lo de tener disponible 24h café/tés es un puntazo.

Cons:

Para tres, la habitación se me hace algo pequeña.pero al final, se está muy poco en ella.
Algunos empleados de recepción no son demasiado amables, comparados con los que atienden el desayuno que son todos adorables.

El desayuno es mejorable, demasiado repetitivo y de calidad media baja.

Kahvaltı kalabalık ama masa bulunuyor. Bir iki sıcak alternatif olması iyiydi. Odaların ses yalıtımı çok iyi.

Cons:

İlk verilen oda çok pisti, yerlerde toz birikintileri varken odayı teslim etmeleri büyük bir hata. Odayı değiştirdiler ve sorun çözüldü. Otel genelinde temizlik zayıf, asansörler ve lobinin çok daha sık temizlenmesi lazım. Yoğun bir otel ama lobide ortalığı temizleyen birisi görmedim.

Muy cómoda y agradable
Pros:

El personal muy atento y agradable, el desayuno variado y muy bien atendido, hay café, te y chocolate instantáneo durante todo el día a disposición de los huéspedes, no dispone de restaurante pero está permitido traer comida de fuera y tomarla en las mesas disponibles dentro o en las terrazas. Es un hotel muy confortable y la ubicación muy céntrica, también resulta muy cómodo disponer de cocina en la habitación

Las camas y la limpieza las hacen cada dos días.

Ótimo hotel com café da manhã é bem localizado.
Pros:

Possui um café da manhã farto que você pode usufruir desde o dia da chegada. Além disso , permite que você leve para seu quarto . Hotel amplo para os padrões de Nova York. É bem localizado, mas sem a agitação da Times Square.
