Nice clean place with microwave & breakfast. Near Times square
Pros:

Very nice facility. Clean, small as compared to the many Homewood suites we stayed in, but able to accommodate a rollaway along with the 2 queen beds.

Great experience made better by Josttyn!
Pros:

The hotel was clean, any concerns were readily addressed and the location was great. Room size and breakfast were excellent as well.

Josttyn made the experience even better, constantly ensuring a fun experience for our family. After a long day, the lobby often had a small dessert and fruit available which was a great way to return with tired kids. He always had a smile and it was great to see him helping others in Spanish when needed, supporting diversity in the hotel.

Excellent
Pros:

Very clean and spacious rooms! Having the kitchenette helped avoid excessive restaurant food. Location was fantastic within walking distance of almost everything. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

10/10 place to stay
Pros:

The breakfast was much more than we expected and there is plenty of food for everyone. You can eat there or take back to your room in to go boxes provided. The staff is extremely helpful and always cleaning up quickly after guests leave. Josttyn was very kind and always had a smiling face. He always offered to take our plates and his customer service is top notch. The staff at the front desk helped hold our luggage and always with a smile. The hotel is very clean and location was key. We stayed for a week and it was perfect to hit everything we wanted with stations nearby and plenty of food options and stores for small items we needed. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Decent hotel, crap business practice.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable and it was fairly close to all Times Square and Penn Station.

Cons:

The three employees that pretended to be nice and then pushed vacations and time share information. It sucked after a long day of travel and while waiting for our room. It’s uncomfortable to be pressed while waiting in the lobby. Will not stay at another Hilton.

Great people, great place
Pros:

Jefferson Reintta was very helpful. This is my choice hotel in NYC as I stay here 4 or 5 time a year. Thwe crew there is great and management are also very creative at solving problems. This place is a pleasure.

Great value, location and amenities
Pros:

Great value . Walking distance to Penn Station and Times Square theaters. Quiet rooms, that are large and newly built, with spacious bathroom and little kitchen area. Free breakfast is included.
Because it is FIFA World Cup Soccer festivities in NJ/NY area there are lots of fans from all over the world at hotel. The staff is quite friendly and multi lingual.

When we returned to our hotel at night there were young staff serving unexpectedly serving ice cream cones and brownies. The young multi lingual staff were enthusiastic and helpful ( especially Josttyn) grateful to have such varied sports fan guests.

Josttym was the best!!
Pros:

Josttym was our “personal “ helper!
Every day he would make sure we had anything we needed 😃 he was personable, positive and friendly!
He is a keeper of a worker, a hard d worker!!
