There seems to be some miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel. I never received a text regarding our stay a few days prior, so I called the morning of our departure. The lady had a hard time finding our reservation then stated she was looking in the wrong file, said we were all good. I asked about check in knowing that we would be arriving later than normal. She said not a problem. Our drive was 4 1/2 hours and at about an hour and a half from the hotel I got a call from someone in the town the hotel was in asking if we were still coming. I said yes we are 1 1/2 out sorry it’s so late, he said ok. Upon our arrival a man was waiting outside, asked what our name was and said there was a problem with our room, it had been canceled. He called the manager and he said we had no credit card on file, which neither of the two people I talked to earlier mentioned anything about that. He said we’d have to wait and see if anyone didn’t show up and we could take their room. I explained I had booked this July 22, had the email from booking.com and talked with two people earlier, one who had just called me( both denied it and showed me the hotel #) and no one mentioned anything not to mention all hotels in the area are booked, I was not happy at this point. He then proceeded to say he would just cancel someone else room and give it to us. My daughter and I then proceeded to head to the room on the second floor other side of the building, as we walked down the hall both gentlemen from the front desk happen to be walking towards us from the other direction as they noticed my husband they both turned and headed back the direction they came from. It may have been a coincidence but it definitely gave us all a very uneasy feeling! Very thankful my husband was with us! I don’t think I will ever book through booking.com or stay at that AmeriVue Inn & Suits again due to the miscommunication, poor management skills, cleanliness and safety.

We didn't receive a copy of our paid bill when I asked. The gal said that they couldn't print out a copy and we haven't received a email print out of the receipt. This is disturbing. Also I could not understand all of what she said. We were there the nights of the 21st and the 22nd. Jean Nelson

Would definitely stay here again. The genuineness and kindness of the staff are what makes it.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, the staff was extremely courteous and kind, beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.

Cons:

Can be a little difficult to get the luggage cart in and out of the doors on either end of the building. Intense smell when you walk in the hotel but it does not go into the rooms.

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

Tv was small in the bed room. Jacuzzi was hard to get into and not a lot of space. Charged me more for having a miss-carriage

Location, price wasn’t to bad

Cons:

Bathroom sink was leaking on floor, TV remote didn’t work and no one was at front desk to switch it out. The king size bed was pushed out in the middle and sloped
To one side.
