El hotel necesita algo de mantenimiento, en especial los baños, tienen pérdidas en la zona ducha que mojan el piso, puertas que no abren fácil etc por favor no lo dejen caer!

Problematic reception communication. Wrong room price charge (by 50%), they never told the charged amount, until we found out from our Bank that their charge was 50% more the agreed, with Booking.com, price. Partial refund has been provided - official complain with booking.com.
Nothing is for free, not even a small water bottle as a welcome gift. Also no device to boil water (no way to make a tea), only a nespresso-type machine. Even in the breakfast any eggs (except boiled), including omeletes and scrambled, were not free. In the shower there is only shampoo and body lotion - no body wash (you get the idea).
Questionable cleaning protocols. We had a half-finised class with coke zero on a table in my room for 3 days - nobody touched it (like a crime scene).
Semi-dangerous balcony arrangement. The balcony level is a step higher from the room level, when you add heavy curtains in the equation (step behind courtains) things can go very wrong.
There are no power outlets at any side of the bed. Not at all. If you need to charge your phone/watch/gadget, this has to take place anywhere else in the room, except near the bed.

Location was good, the suite we had was very spacious
The balcony with the suite was very narrow & only had 1 chair & a table which is a bit strange as 2 people were booked for the room, the pool area was very disappointing as it never saw the sun.
The breakfast was basic, hard to believe there was a single toaster that would take 2 slices of bread @ 1 stage on our 2nd day there were 5 couples standing in line or hovering for the toaster, not what I would expect for £300 per night, if I returned I would not book breakfast, I would go to the Birkin less than 50 metres away amazing breakfast
