Muy buenas almohadas y sabanas. El personal fue muy amable y el desayuno muy completo.
No hay enchufes cerca de la cama. Tuve frío durante la noche, no había frazadas. Los dispensers de shampoo y acondicionador no funcionaban. El baño tenía pelos. La iluminación blanca de la cocina es deprimente.

We liked how friendly the reception and door staff were extremely helpful and helped us find place and worked out how to get there. The door lad was very welcoming always had a huge smile 😃
Although breakfast was very good it was very repetitive if you were there for 6 days . Also thought it was weird that you had to pay for poached eggs but got scrambled every morning free! However I wouldn't let this put you off staying

Excelente ubicación, habitaciones amplias y muy lindas decoradas. Desayuno un poco oscuro pero bastante completo.

La zona y la cama y la ducha también
Que no tenga calefacción. Tiene aire acondicionado calor de frente a la cama y eso hace que el baño esté helado en invierno. Llegué de noche y no están encendido el aire por lo que estaba helada la habitación y no tenía toallas grandes.
Para el valor y prestigio del hotel debería tener calefacción. Entiendo que es complicado ahora considerarlo. Además tiene spa y por eso lo elegido, y llegué de trabajar a las 6 pm y no había ya masaje a no ser que lo reserves con antelación. En otros hoteles más económicos hasta las 9 hay masajistas.
Lo otro es que tuvieron poca cintura cuando les dije que ni iba a llegar el día 1 de la reserva por un tema muy importante personal y si podía cambiar esa noche por una para una noche extra ya que tenían disponibilidad en el hotel y me dijeron que no. Solo me dieron un descuento en la noche extra y no me devolvieron la que había pagado al inicio. Entiendo que no tenía la opción de devolución pero en otras ocasiones, sé que hay hoteles que le buscan la vuelta si es que hay disponibilidad y fue por un hecho in fortuito.
Igualmente el lugar está super bien decorado, la cama es re cómoda y si corrigen estas cosas, seguro será una gran opción para quedarse en invierno.
Especialmente da cortesia dos funcionários, particularmente da Melina e Edgar. Atenciosos e simpáticos!

Apareció un ruido de taladros y nos cambiaron de habitación a una del mismo segmento pero bastante más pequeña
Algo de moho en el baño
Detalles como hoyos en los muros. Espejos marcados con huellas.
