First of all the staff was spectacularly helpful. Melani was terrific, super friendly and helped with everything including arranging the tickets to a football game.

Ubicación.
Un poco caro.
The building is quite new. Architecture is modern style, with wide corridors and open, comfortable and clean rooms. Service is excellent. Location could not be more ideal for our purposes. Breakfast is generous. The lobby smelled wonderfully every time we arrived.
Maintanance could be bettered. We found some cracks in the bathroom furniture that shouldn't be there as they should have been noticed long time ago and repaired accordingly. Though breakfast is delicious, coffee could also be improved by adding an automatic espresso/cappuccino machine. I mentioned all these issues to the staff and they seemed concerned and promised to work on them.

Faltaría una pava eléctrica en la habitación. El desayuno terminaba en teoria a las 11am, 10.30 ya no quedaba nada y no reponian porque tenian q hacer arreglos q no fueron informados. De todas formas, intentaron resolver ofreciendo alguna cosa más rápida de la cocina. Entiendo fue una circunstancia excepcional.
Atendimento dos funcionários. Conforto e tamanho do apartamento. Café da manhã.

El hotel necesita algo de mantenimiento, en especial los baños, tienen pérdidas en la zona ducha que mojan el piso, puertas que no abren fácil etc por favor no lo dejen caer!
