Excelente y cálida la atención del personal de la recepcion y mucamas, siempre con muy buena predisposición y tratando de solucionar todo lo que se requería.
El único punto negativo de nuestra visita, ocurrió en el salón desayunador donde mi esposa que padece Celiaquia, fue muy mal atendida con prepotencia por uno de los mozos pero el resto se comportaron en forma muy correcta y con gran predisposición y atención así que los felicito .

The location was great, the staff were welcoming, and the room size was very comfortable.
Maintenance overall is poor. The place is falling apart and not very clean. All facilities are shared with another apartment complex.

The lobby is under complete renovation and is closed. There was disturbance and noise. The reception has been moved to a hotel bedroom on Level 2. This should have been disclosed when I booked the hotel - if I had known I would not have stayed at this hotel because of the noise and inconvenience.
