Good location bad service
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Such a bad communication. We called before booking, after booking.. we tried to get some meals offers for our group of 17 people but the responses were so poor. The staff really don’t care.

Pros:

Frühstück im Nachbarhotel war gut. Badezimmer war klein, aber ok.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof gebucht. Das war kein Innenhof, sondern ein größerer Lichtschacht, in dem die ganze Nacht die Klimaanlage oder die Kühlmaschinen zu hören waren.
Schlaf haben wir nur wenig bekommen. Zimmer nicht empfehlenswert.

Not very welcoming
Pros:

Sent the hotel a message asking for a quiet room - I appreciate they are quite busy but they could have put me on the end of a floor (where I'm only adjecent to one other room - instead of between 2 other rooms) I don't know what is the point of being able to make a requst to the hotel when it's just ignored.
The wifi was really poor - it was faster using my own mobile data. In this day & age hotels really should be able to provide a decent standard of wifi. The room was spartan - no artwork or indeed any effort to make it at all welcoming. The bathroom was really dated, and contained the only bin in the room - so small that you could put literally nothing in it. No way of controlling the room temperature, no fridge - just the very bare basics.

El precio esta muy bien, sobre todo si coges las habitaciones a nombre de una única persona.
Ademas salimos con algo de retraso, sin crear incidencias

Cons:

Escuchaba a la habitacion colindante hablando, cuando estaban manteniendo una conversación en un tono bajo. Pero la habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, muy acogedora
Mi habitación olía a taboco al llegar teniendo qur mencionarlo para no ser sancionada.

No, pensaba que iba a un hotel de 3 estrellas y era una pensión, booking no fue nada claro

Buena ubicación, limpio.

Cons:

Se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en las habitaciones contiguas. Nuestro vecino se puso a hablar por teléfono con el altavoz a las 8 de la mañana y se podía escuchar la conversación perfectamente. El ascensor no funcionaba (por lo cual nos compensaron con un desayuno básico) ni el agua caliente para ducharse.
