Dame bij receptie had basis cursus gasten vriendelijkheid nog niet gehad.
Boven ons (4 etage) ging om de 10 minuten een luchtballon omhoog. Een herrie.
Jongeren hotel dus tot 0400 geschreeuw en met deuren slaan.

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó olía a tabaco muchísimo. Después, al ir a la ducha nos encontramos con "una suciedad" muy desagradable. Entendemos que hay cosas que se pueden pasar pero el olor que era insoportable + la sorpresa de la ducha fue demasiado. Nos cambiaron a otra habitación que estaba perfecta, eso sí. El personal fue agradable y se disculpó por lo sucedido
