Staff e personale molto gentili ed efficenti, in particolare la cordialità dei due ragazzi Laerte e Leonardo che facevano intrattenimento, sempre sorridenti e pieni di iniziative. Posizione e parcheggio ottimali

Pros:

Posizione ottima, stanza pulita, panorama stupendo. Parcheggio comodo all’aperto ma non a vista ai piedi dell’hotel, colazione e cena ottimi! Personale davvero molto gentile

Cons:

Nagyon kicsi fűrdőszoba volt a szobámhoz.
A bidé olyan közel volt a tusolóhoz, hogy nehezen lehetett belépni.
A kicsi a parkóloló! Ami nem átgondolt, az autók össze vissza állnak. Egy gazos lekavicsozott részen.

Buona location, ma le camere sono piuttosto vecchie e molto sovrapprezzate rispetto a quello che offrono

Il problema principale è stato dormire: a parte il fatto che i muri sono sottili e si sente tutto, noi avevamo prenotato un appartamento con due letti e un divano letto. Il divano letto era sfondato, vecchio di non so quanto, ed è stato impossibile dormirci. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere di cambiarlo e devo dire che il personale almeno è stato gentile ed ha provveduto subito a metterci due lettini al posto del divano. Onestamente non erano comodi nemmeno quelli, ma la prima notte ci siamo spezzati la schiena. Considerando che eravamo lì per fare trekking e che non abbiamo più 18 anni, questo ci ha un po’ rovinato i piani
