Very lovely staff and clean hotel.
Pros:

Friendly check in staff and very helpful with taxis and recommendations and everything. There is a nice breakfast buffett in the morning. The hotel is great and clean and big rooms.

Cons:

The hotel itself was great, the only thing is the location which is not the hotels fault but it is worth noting that outside near the train is a bit rough especially for young or solo female travelers at night. Hotel itself is wonderful but outside just be aware.

OTTIMO per chi arriva in serata a NAPOLI , a due passi dalla stazione centrale dei treni . La zona di notte non e' certo delle migliori ma e' comodissima quando si arriva in treno in tarda serata . Personale gentilissimo , la stanza ber curata .

Ok, except unprofessional management of the hotel.
Pros:

Location OK for transport/trips, airport

Cons:

First 3 days without WiFi (staff try to convince us that is was our fault, which was NOT)
Then 3 days without lift from 8 to 14 o'clock (we were staying at the 6th floor}
Staff in general OK except one person i reception, named Micaela which was rude and unpleasant,

the location was good to get to things like main train station, airport, centre however it was a really scruffy rough location
