Lovely Budget Friendly hotel with excellent breakfast !
Pros:

The breakfast was one of the best that we had in Japan considering that it is a budget friendly hotel. Location is just 10m walk from Hiroshima Station which is extremely convenient.

Convenient location and has everything you need
Pros:

Had everything I needed in my room. Staff were friendly and helped me with every need I had. Great location, just 10 minutes walk from the station.

Cons:

Bedsheet material is not breathable so I felt quite hot when sleeping on the bed at night. Maybe it would help to get cotton bedsheets.

ベッドの頭の近くに冷蔵庫があり、am3:00頃に「ウォオオオオン」と音がなる。
圧縮機（コンプレッサー）やファン、冷媒など冷蔵庫としては音がするのは正常とは思いますが、
2日連続で深夜に起こされたという意味では、とても悪い体験だった。

Pros:

駅近くの中心地で、有料で事前予約必要ですが駐車場完備されていた所。
ウェルカムドリンクのデザートが美味しかった。あと急な雷雨でも傘を貸して頂けて助かりました。リファのドライヤーレンタルできた所もよかったし、スタッフの方も親切でした。

思ったより狭かったです。
