Good for one night to rest during our long drive to Calgary.

Decent rooms, amazing management
Pros:

Our 3 month stay wasn't without its challenges but the owners Gary and Mani went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. I would 100% recommend for anyone who wants decent accommodations managed by a family who treats you like one of them.

It was affordable and met our expectation for an overnight stay

The room was cheap and now we know why.

Cons:

We got given a room that’ wasn’t cleaned properly. The main bedroom had soiled bed (pee) in it and it looks like the previous guest made the mess, the cleaners changed the sheets and did not change the bed topping. So obviously soiled the new sheets…. I spoke to the front desk to have it cleaned the next morning as it was late at night, when we discovered this.. I asked if they could do it at 10 AM because we had children. They said they would and the room wasn’t clean till 1 PM..
We went back into the room at 2 pm and the bed that we have requested to be clean was not clean the other two beds were… so I just tracked down the cleaners and asked for sheet sheets and changed it myself.
The owners didn’t apologize and or cared when I went to the front desk I was not happy about this.

The floors has food stuck to them and they were not washed properly. We asked for cooking trays and bowls to put food in and they couldn’t provide this, for us so having a kitchenette with not the right supplies. Made it hard for us to feed all the kids! Never had that happen during a stay . The one will provided had a crack in it even.

On top of that when we went out for dinner on Saturday night and returned, our key cards did not work. The front desk was closed so they tried to obviously lock us out of the hotel room.. we had three key cars that worked prior to going for dinner…. Mmmmm
So glad we left a window opened to get inside…

If they would’ve apologized and give us a discount on our stay, we would have not wrote this review, but given that we never got an apology or the room cleaned properly and or maybe not locked out of our room…. the final night things would have been different.

We were pleasantly surprised! It was a beautiful little spot to stay for one or more days.
Pros:

We were very happy with the room. It is has been updated and was clean. The access to the pool and the lovely outdoor space only added to our comfort and a true vacation feel.

Cons:

The only noticeable thing that would need some attention would be to purchase new towels. They were worn and stained.
