location is ok ...
Dirty, lots of different color hair on bed sheets, they promised me to chenage them but no one ever did in two days. Noise portable A/C and funny smell inside washroom and outside of the apartment.

The location was good.
The management was not flexible and was dismissive. Not very customer friendly. Did not listen to our concerns or reasons. We booked through a third party, and he refused to honor the price match and change the number of people in the room from 3 to 2, as the third person wanted to book her own room with her pets. Before arriving, the third party tried connecting with the property, and the manager failed to respond. Once at the property, we advised the manager that they tried connecting with him, and he advised that he never received the emails that were sent to him, but after talking to the third party minutes later, the manager had responded once we left the office. He stated that he would have denied the request anyway. He also said it was between the third party and me to reimburse me for the additional fees. Felt like he was not being truthful. The property did end up getting an extra booking for 2 nights, so it seemed unreasonable for the property not to adjust the rate for the original booking. The one coffee pouch they provided was terrible. No sweetener or stir sticks. Not very clean. The fridge did not have a freezer. No Kleenex provided like other properties. The sheets on the bed did not look like they were fresh. The pet policy is horrible. If you have pets, they cannot come into the courtyard, and there is nowhere for them to relieve themselves, and there would be an extra fee charged if it were found that they did. The pool needs some work. The cleaning equipment was left in the pool and on the pool deck. Tiles were broken, and the pump and filters were exposed, and I'm not sure if this is a safety issue if you have young children in the area, so keep close watch on them, as it does face the children's pool and it is not fenced off. We were only booked for two nights, and even if we had only stayed for one night, we would still be charged the full rate for both nights, so we ended up staying for both nights.
Accommodation was clean but very basic.
No coffee maker but cups and coffee. When we asked at reception after checking we were questioned about whether we were correct about the missing coffee maker. After explaining that we did not have a coffee maker the young man at reception indicated he would make sure we had a coffee maker. After our stay ( 2 nights) the said coffee maker never appeared!
Old style motel with pool + grass area/bbq s in middle with car parking on the outside perimeter. Good for families. Property well maintained and units clean. Great pub and beach just a block away with nice coffee shop and italian restaurant across the road. Also family amusement park within walking distance.
Well the bathroom was small but that's how it was built in the 60's.
It was well maintained and had lots of seats. It is only 400 m from the beach and the pool was fantastic.
The bbqs were not very clean. A large family took over all three bbqs and all the seating outside for their own use for 2 of our nights. It was uncomfortable to access. It would have been helpful if the staff had spoken to the family to ensure other guests could use the facilities
Good location
Hotel needs some work, doors sagging, paint cracking, baseboards missing, spider webs on ceilings, balcony loose, stairs have some soft spots, loose linoleum, tripping hazards, rooms need painting. It’s a good location so why not invest in a little facelift. The courtyard was nice with all the flowers.
Zimmer bzw Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten war vorhanden.
Direkt am vielbefahren Highway. Auch nachts immer viel los. Pool war total überfüllt. Keine Chance in Ruhe zu schwimmen.

The cleanliness was lacking tenfold
There were literal feces on the supposed to be clean towels. There was drops of blood on the sheets. And damage on the walls.

Place was messy , keys didn't work and we asked to get them replaced never happened. Pool is not heated at all , parking is a free for all and not by unit . Blind didn't work or the TV . Looks like the people before felt the same and were screaming and crying into the pillow case which is evident from the mascara on the pillow case.
Location. This is a great motel for families.
Housekeeping was pretty nonexistent. One time our room was missed altogether. The only reason we knew there was housekeeping was because of the 1 packet of coffee left in the room.
