Had a great time at Aston Jambi Hotel. The F&B service was really good, especially Mas Edo. He was super friendly, helpful, and always attentive from start to finish. Made our experience even better. Would definitely come back! 😊
Good breakfast with variety & selections.
There is room for improvement on cleanliness. There was time when only 1 lift in service, & with conference happening, thus long waiting time
Very comfy room and bed. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers a free airport shuttle bus. The breakfast is excellent. There are ATMs and mart nearby.
It is one of the best hotels in Jambi. The rooms are convenient. The hotel is located near restaurants. The staff is okay and very helpful.

Helpful and enthusiastic staff, delicious food, no issues found in the room, the pillows, sheet, and bed are the fluffiest, maintaining my sleep quality…and there is also my favourite snack, fruit sweets! Oh don’t forget to try their coffeeshop. They sell good coffee. Stay at Aston Jambi when you’re here in the city.

Received a nice upgrade to a Junior Suite which was much appreciated.
Sadly, the complimentary meal vouchers were of no use whatsoever for my GF wife as every food item contained gluten. Most hotels might have given a credit towards the restaurant menu but I don’t think reception staff knew what GF really meant.

The hotel parking lot was full. We had to park our car In the street further up.

Nice property and room are all well maintaned exxept for room dining , food taste good but too salty but over all experience was perfect and definitely recommend to friends and colleagues and will be back to Aston Jambi for my future trip to Jambi
We had two rooms and stayed 4 nights on this trip. We had minor issues with the room safe, towels, mini fridge, food orders and sleeping. We woken up every morning at 4AM by loud speakers on several surrounding buildings. I went to the pool twice and had to go to the front desk to request a towel and there were no cushions on the lounge chairs. We stayed here 5 years ago and had a better experience. It just seems like it’s not being maintained or managed properly.
