Nice staff and friendly.

Cons:

The manager Niel was rude, racisumm. He breakes our specialty when he jumped and talked over the fence and my wife was not covered her self as a Muslim women but we didn't like to call the police and make a big religious issue.

Impecable, divino, de muy buen gusto y excelente ubicación, junto a Mount Manganui, y a una cuadra de ambas playas (la del océano y la de la bahia).

Pros:

Great location. Room was clean.

Cons:

The female staff member who met us for check in was rude and terse. And was the same with the next two interactions.
The rooms are incredibly hot, no air conditioning, just a air ventilation thing and a portable fan. So it is very hot and the fan does nothing.
The gate is loud and slams shut after anyone walks through it.
The window only has a blind so light streams in around the outside.

Pros:

Firstly, I booked there to give some business after their devastation. Good walking distance to town.

Cons:

I didn't like that I had two decks in my room and I wasn't able to enjoy a vape on them 😒
Pretty inconvenient having to walk out, off site. And for that reason, I won't go back there again
