Excellent place to stay so you're in the midst of the Mount.
Pros:

Absolutely everything you could need was available in the room - washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge with small freezer, cook top, hair dryer, iron I could go on but.

Cons:

Nothing - it was great - only stayed for 1 night but would be very happy to spend several nights.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were excellent - very happy to go the extra mile.
Pros:

The wi-fi was not working so no TV. Staff did everything they could to get it up and running to no avail. It needed a technician.
The support provided was excellent. As no TV was given a discount which was appreciated.

Cons:

Just a pity about the wi-fi/TV.
