Pros:

We stayed in the one bedroom and penthouse apartments. Both 10/10 rooms! Very modern, spacious and clean. Beds were super comfortable and warm. The reception staff were very friendly and polite. Ashleigh was super helpful with our booking. Would definitely stay again. Great location close to the beach and short walk to the bars.

Girl at reception was really nice.(Not neal)

Cons:

Vibe was off, didn't feel welcome, treated like children and given a list of rules on arrival. Most staff were great, manager needs a bit of a reality check. The quality wasn't an accurate reflection of the price paid for the stay. Would have liked to have known that there was construction going on right outside the rooms from 7am.

I never want to stay in that room again.
Pros:

New apartment well appointed.

Cons:

The entry to all the apartments was right against our bed head. There were noisy patrons both nights waking us up Saturday night at 3am and Sunday night at 12am.

Fantastic stay, highly recommend
Pros:

Staff were attentive and responsive, very helpful. Rooms were very spacious, clean and well stocked.
Overall could not fault it.

Cons:

We did have to request an extra set of towels twice as we were only given 4 even though our booking was for 5 people. But that was the only noteworthy thing and was rectified quickly by staff.

Well worth the price we paid - good value.
Pros:

Location was good, sad reminders of the tragedy on the maunga however. We had a room overlooking the renovations happening in nearby apartment building so patio was sprayed with black dust for a day or so. No-one's fault so just dealt with it.
Great having self-contained and washing machine and dryer - great!
Bed was a little hard for us, but the room was quiet.

Cons:

Only suggestion would be curtains over the blinds in the bedrooms , with the outside lights on by the driveway etc the light shines through a lot so makes hard when sleeping .
