Excellent hotel with spacious rooms with a plunge pool. Food is extremely good. Staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. We had one small issue which the staff dealt with in an excellent way to our satisfaction. I recommend hiring the Princess Margaux hotel boat for Island Hopping - a fabulous trip and an amazing sunset.
Due to a possible conflict of interest I’m not going to write a long review. But needless to stay we very much enjoyed our stay.
An amazing atmosphere, great and tranquil surroundings, great staff who was always smiling and helpful - and snorkling with the turtles right of the beach a definite highlight of the trip.
Best place to stay at Gili Travangan!
The staff were so lovely, really helpful and the facilities on site are also amazing! The food was really nice and the rooms are really modern, clean and tidy. Would highly recommend booking the villa if you are going to be staying here!
Best resort ever
We were absolutely stunned by how beautiful it was here. The service was great as well. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
This was an absolutely amazing stay. The grounds are immaculate, the villas are amazing. The staff is so kind, so welcoming, so helpful on all fronts. They offer so many amazing activities, such as scuba diving on the boat, which I can confidently say is the nicest boat on Gili T. I would absolutely come back here again and will be recommending it to all of my friends.
Honestly one of the best beach holidays we've been on. The property is exactly as pictured, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the food (especially the pizza!) was fantastic. We loved the private beach area where we spent a lot of our time.
We won't be able to stay anywhere else when in Gili T, that's for sure :) Thanks for making our holiday so wonderful.
The best hotel in Gili Trawangan.. the restaurant is just on the beach and the service quality is perfect.. everything is great!
Very comfortable and friendly staff.
Outstanding staff, service, location. Top-notch. One of the great vacation trips for our family (two adults and two smallish children). We worried that Gili T would be too busy for our family, but it wasn't and I think a lot of that is down to how excellent this resort was., Truly amazing. Major gratitude to the staff who provided truly exemplary service for our whole stay.

Kan inte tänka mig bättre service. Allt man behöver kan man ringa efter och personalen är snabba, vänliga och omtänksamma. Maten är jättegod, poolen fräsch och fin. Detsamma gäller för boendet (vi hade en villa med havsutsikt). Gratis cyklar som man kan låna för att cykla runt ön - rekommenderas! När vi skulle vidare ordnade hotellet så vi blev hämtade med båt direkt vid stranden. Har ingenting att klaga på. Perfekt!
Fantastiskt på alla sätt!
Personalen är otrolig och servicen den bästa tänkbara. Bra mat på restaurangen. Det ända som var sämre var att det var fuktigt med lite dålig lukt i sovrummet på övervåningen.

Vi har haft 8 dejlige nætter på Pondok Santi. Vi har nydt det skønne bungalow med det mest fantastsike udendørs badeværelse, stranden, polen og de lækreste dobbel sunbads. Ud over rengøring kommer personalet også om aften og gøre klar til en god nattesøvn ved at sætte mygnet omkring sengen og endnu engang gøre værelset nydelig og velduftende. Personalet har været super hjælpsomme, smillende og søde gennem hele opholdet. For ikke at glemme at, nævne deres helt fantastsieke morgenmenu hvor man dagen forinden frit kan sammensætte ens eget morgenmad samt frit vælge om man ønsker at indtage den på stranden, ved poolen eller i sin bungalow. Restauranten er den flotteste på hele øen og maden er i top, især deres gril menu og den bedste søde, røgede kartoffelmos, det skal prøves. Hotel stiller også gratis cykler til rådighed hvilket vi benyttede os af en del gange. Den park lignende have med de utrolig smukke hvide fliser, lader den kølige brise fra havet bræde sig ind over hele resortet som er med til at holde temperaturen begalig dagen igennem. Super mange tak til de sødeste og utrolig arbejdsomme personale
Perfect location and service amazing. Staff so friendly and accommodating. Our ocean view villa with pool was the best. We would definitely love to come back.
