Katsudai was very much what we were looking for in terms of not being a tourist attraction.
Pros:

We loved the complimentary rice and tea every night at 900pm!

Cons:

If there were on site gym facilities available to its guests, that would’ve been great!

ロケーション、朝食、サービスは最高。
Pros:

朝食にマグロの刺身とたたきが用意してあったことに驚いた。
また、チェックイン時にも登録をすればドリンクがサービスされたので、とてもお得感があった。
シングルの部屋を利用したが、部屋のサイズもゆとりがあった。

Cons:

禁煙で予約したら、喫煙としても使える部屋だった(灰皿がおかれていた)。
匂いはなかったが、カベの黄ばみが不快だった。

立地が良い。喫煙可の部屋があった。１階にコンビニがある。

ホテルとは関係ないが、４階の飲み屋に夜10時に食事に行ったら、早じまいしていた。

とてもお得なホテル👍
Pros:

ウェルカムドリンク、アイス、お茶漬けなどがあり
良かったです。
アメニティも充実していたし、受付けの方も感じの良い接客でした。

Cons:

ユニットバスが狭くてシャワーがしづらいのと換気扇のパワーが弱くて今の季節でも暑くてのぼせそうでした。

リサーチ不足はダメだね

朝食が美味しかった

Cons:

急いでいたのですがチェックインの手続きに時間がかかった
駐車場があるから選んだのですが駐車場を予約しなかったので満車になっていて利用できなかったのは悲しかった

Pros:

Location was very convenient
Surprise snack (Tea and Rice) and welcome drinks (soda, tea, coffee) in the evening when we arrived.

Cons:

Room was very small
Even though the room was non-smoking the hotel was not and the smell was present (although not as strong as if someone had smoked in the room)
