Cons:

café da manhã em transição, muito limitado. Peguei uma agua de 310ml no frigobar e me cobraram R$ 9. Frequento muito hotéis e vários já fornecem agua de graça. No promenade cobram um absurdo. Depois de pagar mais de 400 reais uma diaria em um hotel bem mediano, ainda tem que pagar nove reais por 300 ml de agua é cobrar muito e oferecer pouco.

Hotel muito limpo, com ótima infraestrutura e localização. Tem piscina no terraço e quarto ótimo.

Cons:

Estava ciente restaurante em manutenção, mas acaba impactando na dinâmica do dia.

Péssimo café da manhã

O hotel é bom de forma geral!

A acomodação é ótima e os funcionários são ótimos, mas contratei com café da manhã e depois que o booking confirmou minha reserva o hotel entrou em contato via e-mail pra dizer que a cozinha estava temporariamente fechada e o café das manhã seria entregue em retirada. Já achei errado, pois isso tinha que vir escrito no app. Foi horrível o café oferecido! Café frio, suco de caixinha quente, um bolinho recheado da bauduco, uma banana, uma maçã e um sanduíche pronto com embutido e alface... só com coisas que eu particularmente não comia. Foi péssima a experiência com o café da manhã. Não comemos nada! Eu já fiquei em hotel que não tinha cozinha, mas eles serviam café da manhã em parceria com uma cafeteria, que levava uma cesta maravilhosa, com opções pra nós mesmos montarmos o pão, com mais de uma opção de pão... o café e o leite vinham em garrafinhas térmicas, suco natural gelado, bolo caseiro, tinha pão de queijo, frutas... enfim, pelo preço que pagamos, foi decepcionante o café da manhã, que e algo tão esperado pra quem está hospedado! Então fica a dica para a acomodação, pois na mesma rua do hotel tem duas cafeterias maravilhosas pra fazer essa parceria! Não é um hotel barato! Pode fazer melhor!

Muito caro para o que ele oferece. O Restaurante deixou muito a desejar...
Pros:

A localização e o do estacionamento.
O banheiro é bom e bom espaço dentro do apartamento. Cozinha boa. Uma boa cama.

Cons:

Televisão não funcionou a sky apesar de ter um ponto de sky no quarto.
Queriam nos mudar de quarto por conta disso, mas como só ficaríamos uma noite, teria que refazer as malas e preferimos ficar sem a tv a cabo. Foi possível somente ver canais tradicionais, e como estávamos com criança, fez falta colocar um desenho para meu filho.

O restaurante deixou muito a desenjar. Bolo duro, atendimento fraco e até batainha na bancada com as comidas de café da manhã teve. Faslei com a menina do restaurante ela matou e não falou mais nada, como se fosse algo comum. Já tive outra vez nesse hotel e senti que deu uma boa caída o restaurante e o café da manhã.
