Food, service and pool side I hurt mat foot badly and staff wasn't interested at all!

Excellent service. Very clean and comfortable swimming pool.

The hotel is very nice, but service is very sub-standard and inconsistent. They show many places to eat, but many are not staffed and the open times vary day to day. Service for the rooms is very hit and miss. Shame that such a nice facility fails on such a basic level. Breakfast is TERRIBLE as well.

This hotel is adequate for a business trip for 1 or 2 nights not a lot around in the area but the food just passes. WIFI is a little slow

霉味很重，在走廊和房間都有。
餐廳的食物很差。
酒店動線很亂，指標也不清楚，想逛一下，都會迷路

處理訂房確認，非常差，經常沒法找到預定，已經2次，要客人自己去處理，沒有認真處理，令人有點生氣。

性價比高

酒店面積很廣，房間也很大，但交通真的不方便，無論坐火車或巴士也必須再轉車。酒店接待處員工對網上訂房的流程不熟悉，要花一段時間才找到客人的名字，另外酒店衞生有待改善，房間的電話居然滿佈霉點，早餐的牛油內竟有一群死螞蟻，把我的朋友嚇慌了。其實酒店四週環境不錯，旁邊已是水庫，天氣好時，沿著水庫散步也很舒適。

Not only the well maintained room and facilities, there is unexpected beautiful surroundings. Buffet breakfast provides varieties of foods. The only comment is its Wifi is a little bit slow!

當我去到check in 時沒有已訂房資料，
等了很久都辦不到入房手續，最後要打電話到香港Expedia 求助，才能入住。所以質數很差

很棒的飯店，下次有機會還要去住^.^

Hotel sans charme et très éloigné de la ville. Pour passer icognito c'est parfait. Le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer, ma chambre est restée sale pendant trois jours pas un seul coup d'aspirateur... L'hotel est veillissant, il n'est pas entretenu, c'est dommage car il est superbe avec aussi une belle piscine au centre. Sinon c'est très calme et je m'y suis senti à l'aise. Les chambres sont très spacieuses.

I can see this was once a very nice resort but not any more. It's weird to see so many good reviews about this hotel. It's old and needs a major upgrades to maintain 4 star level. Just looking at the current room condition, it's only a 2 star hotel. The hotel was really empty and was sad to see a live singer singing by herself at the lounge without any customers. They don't have a central heater so my room was a little cold. I called the front desk and they brought me the portable heater which was very nice.

일전에 출장차 묵었던바있던 호텔이라 묻지도 따지지도않고 묵었다 한국서 호텔스닷컴을 통해 예약을 했다가 일정이 바뀌어 급히 취소를 하고 다시 예약을 해서 갔는데 밤 10시경에 호텔체크인을 하려하니 계속 캔슬된 예약만 확인이 된다고함 난 분명히 지불을 했고 확약번호도 확인을 시켜줬지만 그래도 않된다하며 데파짓을 1000위엔을 내라함 난 지불을 완료하였으니 확인하는동안 데파짓은 500위엔을 내겠다하니 그러라함 역시나 미니바는 봉쇄되있는 그리고 최근자에 한 반년이상은 사람의 인적이 없는 구석구석 먼지와 곰팡이가 드글드글한 룸을 내주었다 정말 실망스러워 다시는 이호텔을 안가야겠다고 다짐을 함 다음날 체크아웃 하는 내내 예약캔슬과 확약확인이 정말 더뎌서 공항에 늦을뻔함 두번다신 안오리라~~~

출장차 큰아이를 맞길때가 마땅치않아 데리고 갔는데 4성급이라 표시되어있고 시설도 갖춰진듯하여 예약을 하고 새벽 4시경에 도착 입구가 좀 애메하긴하나 (아파트단지와 같이이용하는듯) 그래도 멀리서부터 규모가 엄청큰 그것도 호숫가에 객실에 들어서선 암만밖을 둘러봐도 창밖에 뭐가있는지 구별이 않됐지만 아침이 밝아 아들래미와 조식을 먹으러 내려가보니 왠만한 리조트마냥 고즈녁하고 아기자기한 둘러볼거리와 스포츠센터 및 키즈센터 실 내외수영장 ... 휴가차 갔다면 힐링하기좋을법한 요소를 두루 갖췄습니다 밤에도 아파트단지와 입구를 같이써서 오히려 산책삼아 한바퀴돌면 편의점 재래가게 음식점 약국등등 말도않통하는 중국서 안심하고 한바퀴돌만합니다 아 근데 나중에 알게된점은 그옆아파트단지주민은 지역디씨가되서 호텔스닷컴가격보다 만원정도 더 저렴하더라고요^^;;

The value is more than the price paid, which is out of my expectation. I would come again or recommend to others who plan to stay in Humen.
