What’s the properties in a great location? It is getting to the point of needing some TLC and proper maintenance.we had

Cons:

We had issues that resulted in our apartment not being cleaned on any of the days. All the people in our party of guests felt that it was due to the management not being bothered.

Large and comfy apartment
Pros:

Large, comfortable apartments with a king sized bed. Warm, excellent kitchen facilities, dishwasher, washing machine, drier. Close to pools, shops, restaurants etc. Off- street parking. Swimming pool.

Cons:

Very large and high sided spa bath with shower over it. We both had difficulty getting in and out of it to use the shower. The property is on an incline so the units are staggered on each level. Although there's a lift, there are 3 steps between each apartment. We had the last apartment, so 9 steps, which was OK, but as l have mobility issues it was a bit of a nuisance. Only affects those with mobility issues. Apparently ground floor apartments have showers and are suitable for wheelchairs.
